@Teddymonster11 Triceps is being submitted to a whole new workout regiment , results should be there in about 6 to 10 months period. it will take time to adapt and respond well to the new experimental exercising, we'll see how it goes ;),, till then it will loose some mass then hopefully bump back with a whole new muscularity and mass.

I think thats why Arnold Schawzeneger is one of the best bodybuilders of all time,because he have imagination and maybe sometimes he invented new exercises,who knows
the best position is to stay more possibly bent than you can?I have an idea,I think that this exercise can be done by staying bent with a barbel also and I think that only the arms will be very much trained,the rest of the muscles will be isolated by staying bent and only the arms will be trained,so all the "job" will be done by arms
All biceps, no triceps or forearms?

but I think, you need to balance it with bigger triceps so that your arm look fuller.
