  • BICEPS THAT BIG WITH SO LITTLE TRICEPS LOOKS A BIT FREAKY - LIKE YOU STUFFED SOMETHING IN THERE - BRING UP THE TRICEPS TO BALANCE THINGS OUT - ESPECIALLY YOUR INNER TRICEP WHICH IS ALMOST NON-EXHISTANT - SWIMMING IS REALLY GOOD FOR THIS AREA AND MOVEMENTS THAT ARE SIMILAR TO THAT - JUST TRYING TO HELP.....

  • You need to put mass on your triceps bro, you biceps over power your ams

  • @Teddymonster11 Triceps is being submitted to a whole new workout regiment , results should be there in about 6 to 10 months period. it will take time to adapt and respond well to the new experimental exercising, we'll see how it goes ;),, till then it will loose some mass then hopefully bump back with a whole new muscularity and mass.

  • @fesch03 Yep, i gained about 8 pounds in just 6 days after Carbing up and it is still a work in progress, we'll see how it goes in few days!

  • the best position is to stay more possibly bent than you can?I have an idea,I think that this exercise can be done by staying bent with a barbel also and I think that only the arms will be very much trained,the rest of the muscles will be isolated by staying bent and only the arms will be trained,so all the "job" will be done by arms
