  • it's not safe to lose more than 2 pounds per week. fast weight loss = fast weight gain that won't stay off. It's easier to gain it back.

  • @xAliviaAestheticax I've seen a lover with serious illness become almost symptom free within weeks on a similar diet/cleanse. How is reversing a serious illness in a few weeks "horribly unhealthy"? What has been Your direct experience in making the sweeping general statement of saying this mans progress is "horribly unhealthy"? You must have something pretty profound in mind to say something with that much confidence despite other peoples positive life-changing results yes?

    Thanks so much for doing this series- I got your link from Phil at Smarter Health. I found about Dr Robert Young from a Webinar about last August where he presented a number of sessions. I made contact with Phil and had my blood tested about this time last year. I did the cleanse like you and found a great increase in energy. Lack of energy was one of the symptoms I had tried many ways to improve and this lifestyle did it. I checked out various blogs etc . More to come

  • @KlownDuffer I got the recipe books on ebay and bought the "mud" and "greens" to put in drinks and juiced daily. For about 3 months-then I slowly slipped back to old ways. I got really bored with the green juice-it is so bitter and carrying 3 litres of alkalised water to work etc plus all my food for the day was a chore. It takes me about 1-1.5 hours every day just to prepare water, wraps etc. I couldnt find anything really fun in the recipes and eating out was no go.
