I think Taylor's reaction is okay because to me is seems like Rachel is a bad employer in the way that she can't handle the pressure of taking hard decisions between her employees as when she first makes Brad and Taylor decides amongst themselves how should go to Paris and the at the end pushed all the responsebility to taylor and makes her decide. She should do it! she is the boss and in that way I see her as very weak

Reality Check folks- THERE IS NO REALITY IN REALITY SHOWS! I hope you all know that. Things are staged, they either make it up as they go or they plan it out as if it's a regular series. Dialogue is outlined and lines are written out and used as buttons to close out the scene. People are "cast" in episodes.They do re-shoots and pick ups as if it's a real TV series without the Union rules. You watch real close you'll see what I mean. How do I know all this? I've worked on 2 popular ones.

But am I right in thinking that often, the first season of a reality show will be less scripted? Then they accentuate what seemed to have worked in the first season For some show, like this one, it seems to have worked to its advantage. On the other hand, Jersey Shore's second season is sure to be double awful because of the script... Paris Hilton's Simple life is a good example of that.

@philipsmog Trust me, like the Hills, IT'S ALL STAGED!!! I work in the industry, I've worked on 2 of the most popular ones, it's all bullshit. The thing that kills me is these kind of shows, that are clearly not going away, is taking away air time from the people who deserve it, The Artist. Writers, directors and of course The actors, people who create something out of nothing. These kind of shows are just short cuts to thinking and the American people have fallen for it. Sad.
