@ChristianIsraeli - to compare his policies to that of Hitler is offensive in the extreme and really trivialises the heinous crimes committed by Hitler and the Nazi regime, the comparison is totally inappropriate given the video is not a political one, but an ANZAC day tribute speech.

Sustainable population growth and immigration are issues that need to be addressed without the hysteria. But again, this is not the place for that discussion.

I dislike poloticians.. but you have to admit... That was a very moving speach. Respect to Kiwi's & Aussies. I especially liked his reference to NZ & Aus as "friendly" sporting adversaries. Play tough on the "Sporting Field", but stand side by side when push comes to shove.

I don't think what he's done is actually illegal, but he's mishandled the whole thing, which is shady to me. And now everyone's jumping down his throat for it. But what politician isn't? You can make the case for everyone - it's just old Winnie who gets taken to task, because he's everyone's favourite punching bag.

I don't support him, or NZ First, but love him or hate him, nobody can deny he hasn't got a certain gravitas.

Don't worry too much. It is imposible to have any faith in any pollie as they are just like the rest of us, i.e. far from perfect. There isn't one of us who doesn't stick to the speed limit, is completely honest with our hours at work, and our taxes etc. It beats me how we can have faith in any fellow human, as we are all rotten to the core in nature.
