Rush was addicted to Oxycontin due to pain from a failed surgery. That's a bit different than some hedonistic person with no real medical problem being addicted to LSD or cocaine. And he never said they should be punished with death. Stop lying.

First of all, LSD isn't addictive. Second Rush has every opportunity to deal with his addiction through medical intervention. I was given massive amounts of opiates in relation to a series of surgeries and I talked to my doctor about how I was going to come off the opiates to avoid withdrawal symptoms. It's really fucking simple. If he CHOSE to continue using that is up to him, he's not a victim and for the record I think he should be allowed by law to use as long as he wants.
