depends. If you play on a client with Big Bang, than leave your dex 4. if you dont yet have BB than cap it around 50

I have a 91 axe sader.. i quit a while ago but i wna go and kill this guy. se if i can.. hes in the map to the right of selkies?? in that boat? and how do i summon him?

if u enter the map with mr anchors, enter the down-right door, ull find a portal there, thats his map (engine room)

to summon, just drop a white essence in front of the door in the middle of the map

at 3:44 u can see mee using panic... 16k with apple

uhh o_O not meaning to brag or anything, low dex and sader with apple only hitting 10k with ps and i didnt see panic. I soled him in 2min 11sec with apple hitting 50k panic and 15k power strike with a base 60 dex
