Urine is sterile and nontoxic, but its still not very nice, and you wouldn't want to expose any cuts to it.

Just go easy with flushing the toilet, wait until it really needs it. Or buy one of those new toilets that flushes less water down, seems more reasonable than compromising your hygiene.
