That was awhile ago, and Lilly and Ray outgrew each other. His storyline had ended back in S5

Lilys pissed cause Christina really betrayed her as a sister, and Im sure Christina should be trying to get that back, when she was like 'Im with scotty' its like she cant leave the men in Lilys lives alone, and I think Lily feels she cant have a relationship with any man (including her friendship with Scotty) without her sister interfering.

No, I don't think so. All we know is he was Lilly's fiancee, but Chris slept with him and I guess they broke it off. They've never really mentioned much about him
