I've heard vitamin d3 has cured many ppl! Please google it. I'm taking vit d3 right now and there is a difference!! Also I heard zinc can cure it too. Eczema is a symptom of zinc deficiency. Those who get it worse during the winter TRY vitamin d3. Please help yourself by googling it! All the doctors tell me supplements don't help. Well they're wrong and just want money. It pisses me off just thinking about it
@SnotRockets55 I haven't gone to any creams, and I won't do it, I want to make my body healthy. With that said, my hands are getting better. There is such a big difference, as to the was it was when I started, and the way they are now. I'm sticking with what's the right thing to do, and not go to the doctors.
Actually this vid is kinda convincing me that the ACV treatment DOESN'T work, because typically eczema goes into flare-ups and remissions on its own anyway, even if you don't treat it at all or change your diet. As long as you manage to stop scratching long enough, it'll eventually start trying to clear itself up.
I used the cremes maybe once and they did not help. They are toxic stay away from them . One dermatologist actually told me that food allergies are not a common cause. That's when I knew he didn't know shite.
I love how something soo beautiful as the beach does help. I'm an artist with eczema and it blows. Have been off the cream for 3-4 months and my hands are so bad I can't draw, because of this pain. I will fight this with what you said to do. I wanna draw again. I know we can beat this crap!
@SKETCHingpsychOPATH If they're that severe, I can't say enough to just scrap this remedy - at least temporarily until it's under control - and just haul ass to the doctor. The past few weeks my hands have been really bad and the itching and oozing and splitting were unbearable, and washing them felt like rubbing soap and water all over concrete, and I was having a hard time bending my fingers too and some pain. I'm just three days into the steroid cream and I feel like I got my hands back.
I've had eczema as long as i can remember.. And this actually made me more motivated to keep fighting this annoying thing back q___q
It's so embarrasing to go to school with flakes of dry skin om my face, even though i did put on a moisturizer one hour before. It just, well comes back. And whenever i feel like wearing make-up i can't, since it'll only make my eczema stand out more,
I know some people may disagree, but when I saw a very good Allergy Specialist, they told me to take a bath in bleach mixed with water for 5 minutes. It doesn't flare up my skin or anything. If you want to know anything about this Jeff, you can ask.
I've had eczema for 4 years by now. I got rid of it on my whole body except for my face in this way: no milk, i only drink water, avoid alcohol, i go run 6km's 4times a week + i moisturize my entire body with Nivea body lotion 1 times per day, mostly in the morning. In the evening i apply some cream i get from the doctor. My eczema on my body is totally gone.
I still have eczema on the face but not so bad, i'm a little red on my cheeks. I still have some acne on my face.
you should become a demeratologist. Im sure i speak for everyone here when i say that nearly every fucking doctor could give a fuck less about people discomfort. you on the other hand can identify and care and are making a honest effort to find a cure. Keep it up man i appreciate what you are doing greatly
I have been using apple cider vinger on my son topically. As far as food, I make dupilcates for my son that will totally help u out. When ever every one else is having cake I make him a rice blend flour cake w/ aguave nectar as a sweetener. We take his food every where. I could give u some recipes if u like. And they sell duplicates in the store. I can give u more suggestions, we've been dealing with food allergies for 8 and a half years.
You should include Coconut oil, because it has been giving alot of benifits lately and i do it every night after running. Nice Video, Wish that little fucker who disliked the video never founds a solution ,, probably not yett.
@XxPinoyBroxX well I give the advice, some people just refuse to believe it and that is their choice. Yes coconut oil is very beneficial and amazing after a workout.
I've had eczema for about three four years and I'm only 15. I remember not knowing what it was and I would go to school and everyone would be like woah ew what Is that? And I'm a girl which makes it harder to wear shorts and stuff. I remember it was such a hard time, and I guess at these hard times you really find out whoyour true friends are and who stays by your side despite all this.
It has improved and what works the most is your will power to make yourself not scratch you h
iv had eczema since i was born i mean my mum even said i came out dry!! and everytime i get a flair up i cant stand to go out of the house and that proves a massive problem as how the hell am i gonna get a stable income when im older..
also my social life has been in tatters before multiple times were i dident see the point in living rll.. but about a month ago i met a rlly nic girl who actually liked me for who i am and not what i lk like i mean shes the reason i stay strong and keeps me going
@kizzer134 that's beautiful, that is what true love is all about, its stories like this that make me happy ,even though there are soooo many bad people in the world, when you find the good ones, it makes everything worth it. glad you shared with us. positivity will get you far in life
@dontdropthatshit yer shes my world and i couldent imagine life without her i know it sounds weird me sayin it like that but iv had girlfreinds before and iv never felt this way about anyone rlly but she gives me courage every time she smiles at me and to say f*k you to anyone who puts me down and stuff like this on youtube helps to as it shows people out there are in the same position but seriously thogh i have magor respect 4 you man expecially how you show your flair ups on camera thanx man.
im 19 and have had Eczema my whole life. It's mainly on the face and arms. I will definitely try the Flax seed oil, Cod Liver Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar. Ive found an all natural lotion for Eczema, but its a bit pricey. They use no chemicals, being organic it only has shelf life of 3-4 months. Message me if you would like the name of the site. Also, the oils you have mentioned, drink? or apply to skin?
@oXxShaQxXo I know it hurts and I understand the embarrassment believe me I do. That is why I am here for you. Not only that there are plenty of people that want to help you and have the same condition as us. stay positive and do not let this bring you down. stay strong and you can conquer this problem. if u need advise or just need to reflect i am here and so are my followers.
@ilovesinging50 Most of my eczema is goin away now because im taking this Honey called Bee Mercy which is honey that hasn't been factory processed so its real fresh. You shud try it.
wow! u mention bragg apple cider vingear(do we have to taste that?) and as for the flax oil too? In addition, is the reason the number of flare ups you get is based on what you eat on a daily basis?
I don't remember which video it was in, I just got on one of your videos to comment again. How much was the allergy test you had done? I know I'm allergic to red dye, in food....or in soap (my eczema was practically gone at one point, then I came back to my parents house, used soap with red dye and my face flared up like crazy. It's like even if I just inhale stuff like that, I didn't use it on my face) Any food with spices seems to affect my eczema, and fragrance in soaps or shampoos.
I guess I'll be going to the store soon to get better foods as well. Ah, so frustrating though, to go to stores when you look like this!! At times I don't even want to go out in public because of how it looks. Mine is located where your sinuses are on your face. I don't know of anywhere that has the apple cider vinegar you're talking about, so I'll have to order the same one you mentioned online. I'm glad to see someone like you mentioning natural products and not doctor's crap!
I just commented on your first video. I'm definitely going to try a better diet, avoiding dyes, spices, and chocolate. I know they use to make me flare up, so they can't be helping me now. Salt helps your skin? I did order 100% dead sea mud, which, the dead sea has more salt than you would get in the ocean. I'm going to try applying it on my face, since it is natural as well, and straight out of the dead sea. It's suppose to have great healing effects for people.
Wow thank you so much for posting these. I've had eczema since I was four and always prayed for a way to cure it and have tried many creams just as you mentioned i also have allergies and asthma, which I discovered were all related when I went to a homeopathic doctor. It affected my life from teasing and low self esteem to not being able to do things and go out the way I may want to.i had heard about vinegar and have some so I will try it again with baking soda, the first time was for acleanse

i have it on larger areas of the body such as my back. do i double the intake of apple cider? and are you supposed to apply it to the irritated area or drink it?
I love your positive attitude, you are a total champion. My baby has excema and I am going to do more research on apple cider vinegar, cutting out sugar and chocolate and taking more Omega 3s in my own diet as I am breastfeeding and if I consume these things, my baby gets the - perhaps it will cure his excema...will let you know! Brilliant work, be proud of yourself.
its so fucking hard trying to find out what the fuck im allergic to! Like honestly when i get my flare ups i literally feeel like shooting myself! and its so hard cuz everyone looks at you like you have some kind of disease! and when i get really bad flare ups i sleep maybe not even 5 hours a night because of the itchiness. I am now gonna start changing my intake of food, and what i eat... im praying and hoping that i can controll this shit. i told my doc NO MORE CREAMS. i havent gotten any(':
hey i have ezcema really bad on my legs, arms, back and feet. It ruins my whole life and always refuse to wear t-shirts and shorts because i am so ashamed of it even though i get really hot in summer and stuff. I've had exzema for 8 years andi would ove to get rid of it and thanks for you vids i asures me that im not alone!

i was just diagnosed with Eczema today. i've cried a bit because my doctor was a bitch about it, she said and i quote..
doc "you have Eczema"
me "um.. well how long will it take to cure"
doc "its not curable" hands me the prescription.
me "well what..."
she stopped me to answer a call and walk away. i felt horrible. i want to thank you for putting these vids. i'll give it a try. only one question. do you know where i can get the apple cider vinegar in ny? thank you.
@bettyboop17d I heard that you can buy it at GNC or Trader Joes. make sure that it is organic as that is the best believe me. as for the doctor, i really do not like doctors, i know that there are good ones out there really trying to help people but there are lots LOTS of others that dont give a shit and want to see their pockets full. let me know if you need more help
@dontdropthatshit well the cream worked great. i do have a question. the apple cider, how do you apply it? or do you only drink it? thanks for answering my comment. :)
Listen. it's not curable.. but it's natures little way of making you eat right. After realizing that eczema was triggered by acidic drinks and foods, Like your average carbonated soda.I can tell now when my eczema is going to re-appear or get worst. If I drink soda... i can tell you in a few hours my body will begin to itch and develop those eczema spots. To Stop your eczema stop drinking Carbonated Soda. if you do (expect a reaction) When Your Eczema gets worse ask yourself what you ate ordrank
i had exzema my whole since i was a small boy i heard you can grow out of it but im not sure since my sister is 6 years older then me and her exzema is gone
i heard Ultra GLA 300 reduces "itchiness" up to 90%!!!! XD and it reduces dryness too!!! =D i haven't tried it yet, but ima buy it and see what happens, it's sort of like the fish oil.
the steroid creams do work but it's best to use em once till your heal your skin and never use it again unless you positively need to. And after using em put on some moisturizer like Aquaphor or cetaphil. also don't take hot showers because of the heat it will evaporate faster and it will take the oils out of your skin. Once out of the shower pat skin gently with towel avoiding friction with the skin. i've had eczema since i was born and i've learned to live with it.
Bless you Jeff, your so passionate about trying to help others like myself with eczema. Anyone that suffers from this seems to think they are alone, but their not!!!
Maybe try virgin coconut oil as well. I'm trying it... I've been taking it orally for 3 days, and I have a ton of energy. I'll continue giving it a try, and hopefully keep feeling awesome! :)
is there different kinds of eczema cause i have it on my forearms but all it is for me is that is itches really bad n its marked up my arms really bad but ive never had to resort to a diet or anything like that. ive never had a flare either can u explain it a bit to me? do i treat my eczema they way u are cuz i havent treated mine at all yet not since i had it wen i was younger but wen i had it wen i was younger a was given a cream frm the dr n it treated it rite away...
hey jeff, i realised i have very serious kinda eczema.. it itches 24 hours daily, esp. when i just went for a workout or if i am sleeping. Well, i have been abstaining from all the foods im allergic to and tried the apple cider remedy as well as fish oil. However, it seems to get much worse... Many other of my eczema buddies also told me to STAY AWAY from apple cider. I dunno wad to do. Reply asap pls...
Those are the 3 things I crave...wheat, chocolate and dairy !!! We crave what we are allergic to.....we eat what we crave, then we flare up !!! It sucks !!! I drink apple cider and vinegar every day. The ticket with apple cider and vinegar is to cut it with cinnamon, the cinnamon will neutralize the bitter taste !!! No creams !! No Dr. Stuff !! - doesn't work !! Go natural and buy Hemp powder, oil, nuts high in omega's !! get on amazon - Be strong !! Make a poster on wall reminder these things !
I just bought some acv and i've been drinking it for four days now but I'm scared to put it on my face where the eczema is. I feel like it might make it worse than it already is. How long did it take til your eczema cleared up with acv?
I'm 18 now and had severe eczema since I was born. My skin is Hella dry all the time and I need tips for keeping it moisturized. I hear drinking water helps so i'm gonna try drinking a shit ton of water everyday. Anyone know about mutivitamins and if they help? I'm sick of looking and feeling like shit, any help is appreciated. Contact me here on YouTube or email me at jruiz_2010@yahoo.com if u genuinly want to help. Thanks guys and good luck
so what is the full plan? i have a 4 year girl with severe excema all over her body and me and my wife are at a point where we are going to break down and pull our hair off..poor child is suffeirng and all the doctors medicine are usless
how can u not eat wheat its in everything i eat ! but im 16 and i have it on my face and neck its so embaressing ruins most of my days can barely talk to anyone without looking away
Okay, update, I tried to do the vinegar thing, but it was really gross, couldn't do it, maybe try again later. I have been using it as a toner though, instead of alcohol shit. In any case, I am cleaning up my diet. I have a question, you mentioned avoid wheat... this might be stupid, but is wheat in whole grain foods? Like whole grain pasta, bread etc? What are you eating for carbs and bread and shit? Thanks again Jeff
@insomb did you dilute it. yeah some people really hate the taste of it. did you also try the apple detox? I am happy that you have cleaned up your diet. no question is ever stupid, just a way to further your knowledge. yes there is wheat in them, though I do not know if you have a wheat allergen. I eat for the most anything I want now. I stay close to the main focus of healthy lifestyle though.
@dontdropthatshit Yeah I tried it with honey, diluted, all sorts of stuff. It's pretty tough stuff. I read Julius Cesar used to make roman soldiers drink it to keep them from getting sick too. Anyway, have not tried the detox yet, but I have a fridge full of apples here...so maybe give it a shot. I have not tried going without wheat yet, it could be what I'm allergic to. If I were to give it a try and see, what do you replace? Don't we need a certain amount of grains? I've never went without it.
extra fancy durum flour is in pastas. lower quality corn flower is found in cheaper pastas. If you wanna eat bread eat gluten free products. maybe jeff is allergic to gluten, find out for yourself if you are.
I would definitely try the apple cider vinegar. I have seen it cure other skin conditions such as HPV.
I suffer from severe eczema too. I have had it for about 6 years all thought my teen years and early adult life. It is very hard to find people who understand you and what your feeling!! I have tryed so many creams and pills. At the moment im on a harsh drug called "Cyclosporine" and a liquid called "Colloidal silver". which does an ok job. I have had food testing done,my hair sent to the usa (im from new zealand) ,blood work. I find it so hard to deal with.
My dad used to be on my back about drinking and taking everything you have showed and talked about ..He took and used to make me take the vinegar with water and honey (to make it taste better and I guess for health reasons as well )
So thanx for this ..I know if dad was here today he would be praising you and saying "see this dude is younger than you and knows his shit " LOL Right on bro I think I'll start now because my Eczema is coming back with a vengeance...Cheers from Canada.....Later :-)
HI, thanks for posting about your war on eczema. I am so tired of dealing with it. I am a student and I think my eczema is triggered by stress which really fucking sucks around exam time and I can't hide it because I break out on my face now.... It seriously is ruining my life
trust me nobody wants to be going through this its horrible ..im having issues with my gf now because when i mett her i had it n it went away by burnign it a little it helped me then i would put tooth[aste.now its back again n on my arm pitt.when my gf trys to lay on my chest n me hugging her i feel uncomfteble this suckks!!!i hate this
this might sound crazy but its true lastnight i stood up thinking i wasnt the same social fun person exactly from this thing..i hate it !!i remebered i also had it a while back n i took care of it by burning it with a cigar crazy?i know ,but it comes to the point where you cant help it anymore it makes you go through depretion its sad.now its back n im dealing with it again.
well........my life is also screwing man cz of this shit.........my crazy way is that i scratch my body with a comb......soooo hard that there are cuts all over my body........n luks like it was done wdh a sword nt a comb.........hell this disease..............its deppressing me day by day.........n i hav forgot wat a gud night sleep was like!!!!!
I'm on a dairy free, and wheat free diet too and its hard! It totally sucks and you can't go and eat in places your friends do... anyway I've heard ACV is bad for your teeth so I use a straw to avoid it coming in contact with my teetch and protect the enamel. Also, my densist suggested rinsing your mouth after drinking the vinegar. Hope that helps...
Then stop using creams and look into diet. Check your food allergies and build your immune system. The first time I had eczema I went on an organic diet and after a couple of months everything cleared up, its when I started eating bread and tortillas again when it came back -_-....organic food has the power to cure your eczema, not a cream
i have got all the things you have said on your video and thanks to you i have a lill bit of hope and thanks guys for the comment i have read them thanks
my son has it, he gets it on his cheek, his belly, his arms and legs.. we use Elidel it was prescribed... It worked wonderful at first but it stopped.. Also hydorcortisone worked for a while.
Be wary of Elidel. When I asked my dermatologist what the long term usage of it would cause, she responded with "What happens if you don't treat your eczema?" I was pissed.
I went back to my family doctor later and told her what happened, and she looked up Elidel in her medicinal encyclopedia. She told me that when taken orally, it caused skin cancer after long periods. As for the cream, long term consequences were not yet known.
I wonder more and more if naturopathy is the way to go...
its just so very hard to get him to eat certain things.. right now he is only 22 months old.. and he used to eat anything but he is going through a stubborn stage.. Thanx for the advice about the Elidel..is there any other kind of creme u can recommend? He has has eczema since he was 1.5 months old..baby Aveeno used to work but now its 0% effective...
i'v had my ezcema for about 10 years. its got better bad still really bad. for all those people with really dry skin do u also have a lot of lines on the palms of your hands?
my natropath told me that cooked/ steamed vegies and fruit are digested quicker and so are better for the immune system...eczema is caused by a defficiency in the immune system so you have to cure it inside out... so bin those creams
i just got eczema around a couple of months ago. i tried everything!
it affects my social life, i feel like i cant go out coz everyone can see etc.
one thing i tried was changing my diet, no raw foods, only cooked fruit and veg. i was told that eczema is a condition that there is a defficiency with the immune system ie. it cant digest the food. therefore the best thing to do is eat really
s-l-o-w-l-y coz digestion really starts in the mouth. also you must be less stressed.
@SuperPrincessinpink .. you need to do the opposite. you need to eat raw foods like fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. once you cook your veggies, you lose so many nutrients like enzymes and amino acids. you need to build up your immune system. stay away from fatty foods, sugars, processed stuff. try to do a majority raw foods diet for a week and see if it helps. just do some research on the topic, you will find a lot.
i also understand how he feels... i researched for weeks, to find a cure for my eczema.. and now wanna be a dermatologist ^^ --- just need the grades...
Shit, one last thing sorry for blowing up your youtube but you reminded me to mention an alum block cuz' you were talking about salt. It's a block of salt people use as some sort of aftershave but it's all natural. I think I'm going to try one. You should look into that too.
Hey Jeff, just wanted to say your vids helped me out alot.Having eczema on my hands really bad and being a technician always using my hans got so bad. Ive been actually trying something different Its called Palmer's olive butter formula with vit E. It helped me out a bit its a concentrated cream . Thanks again posting this vid!!
okai u probably been through the same shit as me as when ppl ask wtf iz tat on ur skin wat do u say thouze ppl do u tell thm the truth or do u make up something?
So have you tried water at 45c to 48c yet? I want to see what you say .Its a miricle treatment for itching and as you then stop damaging the skin it soon heals . You need to watch diet as well but it will give you controle on the itching whilst you work out what you are reacting to.
Your condition is very mild actually. My condition was much worse and without this method I would probaly be dead by now.
i use aloe vera and my grandmas has a plant in her back yard and she just cuts off a leaf ripps its open puts it on my skin it really works afetr u get past the sticky the part and jeff have to say ur skin looks great! ive had eczema since i was a baby and now im 14 soo yeah it really does suck ive tooken pills creams syrups straight up shots and now im left with more flair ups and scars
Sad to hear that man. Aloe Vera is a miracle plant. I put it on my face for the eczema and acne and eat it. I also applied it to my scalp and it looked nice :D Diet is important.
i have a severe eczema ,too severe, , (never had it before) started a year ago , everyday is same, i jus wana give up ,thats all, my life is completely changed
no, you cant give up. i understand what u are feeling. i went thru a time when i ate bad foods that i knew were bad for me, but i didnt care. i know now that just made things worse. u have to try to cure this before it develops into a worse problem
Dude, , thanks for understanding , , i really really do appreciate it, , , i cant stop thinkin bout my skin, i cant drink, (not even mentioning getting drunk). at the moment i dont care what i eat, im jus too lazy, my life became slow, im 19 ,i wanna be smart ,do millions of things at the same time, , including going to a fuckin sweeming pool , etc , ,,
i feel your pain, i felt the same got it all over my body face, neck, back, chest, thighs, elbows, legs and akles and im not talking small patches i literally cant walk or move some days im with someone and scared to loose him because he'll be like urrgh what the fuck is that lifes a bitch ive had so many potential boyfriends but im scared i will loose him whats the point in living life if i cant be happy and if people laugh even my own family think am a disease and my mums ashamed of me.
:( , , , i cant imagine being with my next girlfriend , , id rather stay single, i dont want to scare people, , , i guess this is the time when i have to say good bye to my beautiful skin :( , , ,
hmm... well its good for moisturizing the skin, but thats the extent of it. yes your skin will feel smoother, but the bumps/rash will not disappear from cocoa butter. but keep in mind people with eczema need to have our skin be moist, not dry.
thats a tough one. believe it or not spicy foods are good for immune system. the problem is the type your eating. If its fast food, that shit is terrible for you. I try to avoid fast foods at all cost due to their flavor enhancers they put in food is bad for the body, which could be why you find yourself flaring up from it. but no I dont ignore spicy foods to answer your question
haha yup, i am doing it the right way i would say my face is 90 percent better. the only thing is i have a little decoloration left from all the scratching
Thank you Jeff, you're an inspiration, I will start these remedies tonight! :D

I know some people may disagree, but when I saw a very good Allergy Specialist, they told me to take a bath in bleach mixed with water for 5 minutes. It doesn't flare up my skin or anything. If you want to know anything about this Jeff, you can ask.

dontdropthatshit 3 weeks ago
I've had eczema for 4 years by now. I got rid of it on my whole body except for my face in this way: no milk, i only drink water, avoid alcohol, i go run 6km's 4times a week + i moisturize my entire body with Nivea body lotion 1 times per day, mostly in the morning. In the evening i apply some cream i get from the doctor. My eczema on my body is totally gone.
I still have eczema on the face but not so bad, i'm a little red on my cheeks. I still have some acne on my face.

omega 3 from flaxseed oil evaporates too quickly - only oil that is not older than 2 months from production contains omega 3.
Because we do not know how long the oil is in the shop ----A better idea is to EAT FLAX SEEDS !!!!

It has improved and what works the most is your will power to make yourself not scratch you h

im 19 and have had Eczema my whole life.

@sheeeve08 thank you and i could not agree more
dontdropthatshit 7 months ago
I just commented on your first video. I'm definitely going to try a better diet, avoiding dyes, spices, and chocolate. I know they use to make me flare up, so they can't be helping me now. Salt helps your skin? I did order 100% dead sea mud, which, the dead sea has more salt than you would get in the ocean. I'm going to try applying it on my face, since it is natural as well, and straight out of the dead sea. It's suppose to have great healing effects for people.

i was just diagnosed with Eczema today. i've cried a bit because my doctor was a bitch about it, she said and i quote..
doc "you have Eczema"
me "um.. well how long will it take to cure"
doc "its not curable" hands me the prescription.
me "well what..."
she stopped me to answer a call and walk away. i felt horrible. i want to thank you for putting these vids. i'll give it a try. only one question. do you know where i can get the apple cider vinegar in ny? thank you.

@dontdropthatshit well the cream worked great. i do have a question. the apple cider, how do you apply it? or do you only drink it? thanks for answering my comment. :)
bettyboop17d 9 months ago
Listen. it's not curable.. but it's natures little way of making you eat right.
MrPinoy91 8 months ago
Also Drink Oolong tea (Black or Green tea if you aren't triggered by caffeine). you will see an immediate reversal of symptoms.

dr383188 1 year ago
the steroid creams do work but it's best to use em once till your heal your skin and never use it again unless you positively need to.

Thanks again Jeff
insomb 1 year ago
@insomb did you dilute it. yeah some people really hate the taste of it. did you also try the apple detox? I am happy that you have cleaned up your diet. no question is ever stupid, just a way to further your knowledge. yes there is wheat in them, though I do not know if you have a wheat allergen. I eat for the most anything I want now. I stay close to the main focus of healthy lifestyle though.
dontdropthatshit 1 year ago
@dontdropthatshit Yeah I tried it with honey, diluted, all sorts of stuff. It's pretty tough stuff. I read Julius Cesar used to make roman soldiers drink it to keep them from getting sick too. Anyway, have not tried the detox yet, but I have a fridge full of apples here...so maybe give it a shot. I have not tried going without wheat yet, it could be what I'm allergic to. If I were to give it a try and see, what do you replace? Don't we need a certain amount of grains? I've never went without it.
insomb 1 year ago
extra fancy durum flour is in pastas. lower quality corn flower is found in cheaper pastas. If you wanna eat bread eat gluten free products. maybe jeff is allergic to gluten, find out for yourself if you are.
I would definitely try the apple cider vinegar. I have seen it cure other skin conditions such as HPV.

Then stop using creams and look into diet. Check your food allergies and build your immune system. my son has it, he gets it on his cheek, his belly, his arms and legs.. we use Elidel it was prescribed... It worked wonderful at first but it stopped.. Also hydorcortisone worked for a while.
08metalmama 2 years ago
Be wary of Elidel. When I asked my dermatologist what the long term usage of it would cause, she responded with "What happens if you don't treat your eczema?" I was pissed.
I went back to my family doctor later and told her what happened, and she looked up Elidel in her medicinal encyclopedia. She told me that when taken orally, it caused skin cancer after long periods. As for the cream, long term consequences were not yet known.
I wonder more and more if naturopathy is the way to go...

Jsd99 2 years ago
my natropath told me that cooked/ steamed vegies and fruit are digested quicker and so are better for the immune system...eczema is caused by a defficiency in the immune system so you have to cure it inside out... so bin those creams
SuperPrincessinpink 2 years ago
Also stay away from coffee its the worst for the skin it makes me itch and go crazy after drinking.
matrahat 2 years ago
i just got eczema around a couple of months ago. i tried everything!
it affects my social life, i feel like i cant go out coz everyone can see etc.
one thing i tried was changing my diet, no raw foods, only cooked fruit and veg. i was told that eczema is a condition that there is a defficiency with the immune system ie. it cant digest the food. therefore the best thing to do is eat really
s-l-o-w-l-y coz digestion really starts in the mouth. also you must be less stressed.
SuperPrincessinpink 2 years ago
@SuperPrincessinpink .. you need to do the opposite. you need to eat raw foods like fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. once you cook your veggies, you lose so many nutrients like enzymes and amino acids. you need to build up your immune system. stay away from fatty foods, sugars, processed stuff. try to do a majority raw foods diet for a week and see if it helps. just do some research on the topic, you will find a lot.
daviddang82 2 years ago
@SuperPrincessinpink
I always thought eczema was a auto immune rash meaning that its our own white bloodcells that are attacking our body.

Shit, one last thing sorry for blowing up your youtube but you reminded me to mention an alum block cuz' you were talking about salt. It's a block of salt people use as some sort of aftershave but it's all natural. I think I'm going to try one. You should look into that too.

Sad to hear that man. Aloe Vera is a miracle plant. I put it on my face for the eczema and acne and eat it. I also applied it to my scalp and it looked nice :D Diet is important.

do you recomend cocoa butter? at all
dashakatrina 2 years ago
hmm... well its good for moisturizing the skin, but thats the extent of it. yes your skin will feel smoother, but the bumps/rash will not disappear from cocoa butter. but keep in mind people with eczema need to have our skin be moist, not dry.

does eating spicy food make you flare up to?
'Cause I read in like so many websites that it does.
Is it true?
I have been ignoring it for a week now and I miss 'em.
Have you been ignoring spicy food too?
Macywhatsoever 2 years ago
thats a tough one. believe it or not spicy foods are good for immune system. the problem is the type your eating. If its fast food, that shit is terrible for you. I try to avoid fast foods at all cost due to their flavor enhancers they put in food is bad for the body, which could be why you find yourself flaring up from it. but no I dont ignore spicy foods to answer your question

I eat my moms salsa sometimes and it really doesnt do anything bad to my skin. She uses a lot of vegetables.
