It gives you 4 rings to put on the fingers I forget the order at the moment though. You'll summon a dremora pirate and if you help him he gives you a treasure map for a island paralel to winterhold. You need to help him or the chests won't be there.

Not an easter egg. That's the symbol for Conjuration magic. You summon weapons and creatures from Oblivion so I guess they changed Conjuration to that symbol for continuity. WarhunterT71 hit the nail on the head.

and btw "enlarged heart" thats a buzz word like death by mysterious circumstances or going to rehab for "Exhaustion" it's a fun news paper way to say they died as result of stimulant/drug abuse coke, speed, meth, crack, heroin, cocktail of legal shit used illegally and the list goes on.
like i said if they died younger than 50 and it wasn't drugs or an "accident" any condition they had like an enlarged heart is genetic not contagious.

Btw, everyone, this debate is happening, because some dork named "toxicool" said hes better than everyone because hes "straightedge". Dude... it's the letter 'O' in Daedric, which is also the symbol for Oblivion and conjuration (because you summon creatures from the planes of Oblivion).

@Schreibsessel You have to look on the desk for a paper with some hints. They tell you where to find these rings that you put on the glove. They spawn this pirate that you can either get loot from or kill for his stuff.
