  • I got one of these, great muffs. I've heard some people bash the LBM, but I like mine, much louder than the NYC reissue I have. I want a Ram's Head clone and/or an IC Muff clone too, can NEVER have too much muff.

  • Anyway, the perfect tone.

For me that's the way a electric guitar sound should be.

  • @morrisdelarosa Right on!

  • Hi.

The big muff is not built to produce such sustain. The amount of sustain is producted by distortion and the signal compressed.

What you have there is a feedbak. The mics capture the amp sound, so the sound is recycled and extended.

  • @morrisdelarosa Yes feedback is part of why the note is sustained (or as you put, extended). One of the unique qualities of the muff circuit that I appreciate is when you sustain or extend a note it can be controlled to remain the same octave and note. Whether it's done by the pedal, the instrument, or feedback if the note is being extended, it's also being sustained as those words pretty much mean the same thing.

  • feedback?

  • @morrisdelarosa I'm not sure what you're asking.

  • Aeroplane flies high badass cover the little big muff destroys shit.

  • Playing "The Aeroplane Flies High" was not shit! Although the ultimate sustainage was awesome.

  • @theactionindex oh this clip was cut from a 10 minute video of the pedal. I was referring to the other 8 or so minutes not seen as shit. haha
