He's not bad, he's an antihero. Antiheroes aren't good guys, but they aren't nessecarily evil. They tend to be the type that'll do whatever someone asks them to so long as the reward is something they want.

once you upload games to Showcase, can you play them on the wii without the DIY DS game, and can you upload games from the Wii to the DS?

Yes to both. The only upload restriction are the pre-made games on the DS. Those can't be uploaded to the Wii.

there is a way to play them go to game makermatic press import then diamond software and then open the project and press finish and it saved as your own minigame

about your request to note the differculties, maybe if you shipped the microgames to the ds version you can check the AI for them... that might help

I didn't own the game at that point.

After looking at how you construct games, though, there does not appear to be the usual increase in difficulty set up that most WarioWare games use - though I haven't finished checking it out! Maybe you can do something other than "random".

@WhiteKhakis Yeah, Each microgame can only have one difficulty -- any more than that, and the interface for creating them could get too complex for some people. :) I just got the DS game, and I hope to create some interesting microgames in it -- it's like learning a programming language, but more fun!
