@DigitalRosh I recreated it from scratch, I used Reason 3 to make the remix, and yes most of these sounds are presets iirc, can be found in reason :)

@idioticstudiogames I use reason. FL is the most popular DAW that people use due to its ease of use. Reason is self contained which means that it has its own built in synths but no plug in support, which makes it more stable than other DAWs, but more limiting. As for other DAWs, you got Cubase, which is a bit of a powerhouse, and Pro Tools, which is for recording. Personally, I use reaper for recording, but screw that DAW, its shit, altho not bad for free ;)

@thecommentar1 Well, debug mode was used as well as the shading effect by Sonic Team to make sure certain objects, like spikes and item boxes, react when Sonic jumps into them. Why it's still in there is because they wanted people to just play around with it, like a cheat code as you said.

But when i grew up a little i was able to beat it with a little persistence, i even grew to like the music. That tune became synonymous with my struggle to do anything in life.
