@klantarN when i toutch the pit im done with 4 twists and then i continue the last half as i drills deeper down. im not all the way around, but then i put up my head from the pit and face the trampoline. (i cuted that part away) then its 4.5

do you use some extra hardcore bouning tramp or is it all technique and jump strength?
