changing into 5th at 60mph is normal on an xt..if u run the engine in correctly a standard will hit 78mph on a good day.

you don't really need to tune dt 50 to reach 110 km/h. i cahnged only exasut and it did 105. i puted 75 kit on it and it went about 130 with problem. hey... you can't compare 2 strokes and 4 strokes.

yeah. I put Arrow's system on mine, 11/62, top speed = 98km/h.. :P

11/62 gear ratio is very bad. I suggest you put on 14/62 like i did. Much, much better! Before that it went 50 on 8000 RPM now it goes 75 on 8000 RPM. Please change it and you will see that it's much better.

I had 11/48 before I changed, but I've never tested that combination with my new exhaust system.. with my original system the bike went 85 km/h, so I guess it would go about 110-120 km/h if I change to 11/48.. :)

Oh, i had 11/62 original on my DT and at 10000 RPMs it only went 70 i couldn't drive normaly but when i changed it to 14/62 it went 95 at 10000 RPMs. Much better for longer that 5km travels. I also have a 75cc Top Preformances kit witch i also recommend beacouse it's very cheap and lasts as long as the original one.

It depends on how you drive..

naaw, I like it this way. you can easily do wheelies, and if the police would like to test, you just put on the shock.. :)

yea i guess for the wheelies it's better. but with kit and 11/62 you can do a wheele in 3th gear without poping the clucth and if you really know how to pop the clucth then you might make it in 6th. but the engine rev. way way to much so i had to changed it.

Bueno , para gustos hay colores. Hay que tener en cuenta que a esta moto no hay que cambiarle biela ni pistones cada x tiempo , tampoco gripa , no consume casi y el mantenimiento es practicamente nulo . El que quiere correr se compra otra cosa.

I have owned one of these for just over a year now, i have tuned it as i work for an engine tuning company and mine is running in at 22bhp on a different carb and exhaust setting with uprated con rod and piston. It will do over 100MPH although i have only run it in at 100MPH.

In Europe we have a drivers license it's called "A1"

=>max 125 ccm, you can make this drivers license at the age of 16, but then you have to reduce the topspeed at 80 km/h...

so is this bike reduced to 80km/h or is it a standard model?
