  • This is FALSE. Macs DO have viruses, and believe it or not, there are antivirus programs for Mac! So, Apple, who the F*** are you to F***ing say that your F***ing A****** Piece of S*** has NO VIRUSES?! Check Wikipedia! There IS viruses!

  • lol thats almost funny, there are now viruses out for macs, so that guy should walk off now

  • @1littlelee He's lieing to her!

  • ONCE YOU GO MAC YOU NEVER GO BACK... All you haters just dont understand... Its like going from taking the bus to driving a cadilac

  • MACs rape

  • Love that Actor. He played a nerdy teen in Galaxy Quest. LOL.

  • Lame Ad. Apple - start showing something meaningful - something to justify the price you ask. I can get PC and a house around it for the stupid price you charge for a Mac. Listen - many are out of jobs, in this economy we don't need a $2000 computer when I can surf the web and play media on a $500 computer. Duh!

  • Wake me up when Apple takes gaming seriously. They never address it in any of their advertising. As a matter of fact, they outright ignore its very existence. It gets a slight mention on their website for the MacBook Pro, describing it as the "ultimate mobile gaming solution". I don't really see how any computer that runs just Mac OSX, let alone one with a paltry 9600M GT could possibly be the "ultimate mobile gaming solution" when compared to a laptop with a Core i7 and two GTX 280Ms in SLi.

  • in SLi? That must be huge power hoggin'.

  • Yep. The point is that it's much better at gaming than a MacBook Pro. I like the MacBook Pro, just don't call it the "ultimate gaming solution" when it comes nowhere near some of the high-end laptops from OEMs like AVA Direct or Falcon Northwest. I prefer desktop gaming in any case, because I can upgrade my video card every other year to stay up-to-date, and it'll only cost about $200, whereas I would have to buy a completely new laptop every few years for at least $1500 to get the same effect.

  • If you don't know how to maintain a computer properly and have very little computer knowledge, get a Mac.

If you want to use your computer, get a PC.

  • Go play with your blue screens all you haters... :)

  • I never get any blue screens. The only time I do is through overclocking, when there's not enough V core volts. There is one more thing a Mac can't do.

  • Wauu.. that sounds like the kind of thing that makes you popular with the girls... :)

  • Well my friend is amazed by what I know so,yea she thinks it's cool. Thanks anyway. BTW those AMD girls are pretty hot. LOL

  • Alright Megan, bend over and let me take 2 grand from you.

  • No crashes, viruses or headaches? What a joke.

My first Mac purchase was a disaster... Out of the box, the mouse didn't work correctly. It was impossible to play any decent games on it, Microsoft Office on Mac is a joke, the Mighty mouse is a joke. A $10 two button wheel mouse works better. The keyboard that comes with the Mac has to be one of the most un-ergonomic devices inflicted on man, and I could go on and on. Lack of software, lack of peripherals, etc. 5% market share hurts.

  • It not meant for games. <.< and you can buy an ergonimic keyboard not everyone likes them. Most people dont.

  • Kernel Panic!

  • Mac gets Viruses too!

  • Wow that's retarded. Mac's have the same problem...Idiots.

  • Its because when Macs crash they are a black screen instead of a blue screen. I have crashed Macs in mere minutes of touching it. They are just to flimsy.

  • FYI, Mac might be immune to the BSOD, but I'm sure the word KERNEL PANIC strikes a cord.

  • when you own 90% of the market share, its hard to please every one. Apple owns 7%, so its easy to please every one, specially when apple owners are fan boys. The day apple runs on real servers, and has to deal with real corporate problems is the day i give that OS some respect. Vista runs fine, people need to stop crying about it running like crap on a 6 year old pos pc.

  • Worldwide market share is even less than 7%.

  • This is the stupidest commercial in the entire Mac vs PC saga. There is no way Apple can claim Mac has no viruses, crashes, or headaches. It can and does have all of those, just like all operating systems out there. copy and paste!

  • i heard the second guy back has a large one.

  • Steve Jobs is an assmaggot.

  • Looked kinda like the fag they use in their commercials...

  • Saw a guy in Starbucks the other day using a white MacBook...how gay can you get...LMAO!

  • Heh heh, I still like how Apple never addresses their absurdly high (and totally unnecessary) price. It's no wonder they can afford to release a series of commercials meant to "retaliate" against the PC.

  • lol sure you never have a virus on mac because mac has a small consumer base meaning viruses don't make it big on mac. but good burn!

  • OH BURN!!

  • This is the stupidest commercial in the entire Mac vs PC saga. There is no way Apple can claim Mac has no viruses, crashes, or headaches. It can and does have all of those, just like all operating systems out there.

  • that is true. I work retail computer sales and believe me these are all bs. Yesterday I had a customer come in.... WITH A VIRUS ON HER MAC!!! =O!!!! And twice last week 2 people came in with corrupt OS's on their MAC!!!! And people tell me all the time they can't figure out where their stuff is on their mac or why their stuff won't work on a MAC or why they have to buy so many adapters for a MAC.

    Macs are for DUMBASSES!!

  • Macs are tools for non-technical people. Since most people aren't technology-oriented, that means Macs are best for most people. Q.E.D.

  • Awesome!
