  • JEEZUS

  • f u c k i n SUCK DICK! I.E. Sharks!

  • fail

  • To all of you who are laughing at the technique. This is actually Jeff Friesen shooting.

  • hey how did you get it slow mo and like perfect quality?

  • fail...

  • That couldn't have been a hard shot, the stick didn't even hit the ice or flex very much.

  • you obviously don't play hockey.

  • @autopilotoff3323 Stick drug on the ice a few inches, and who's to say that isn't a high flex stick?

  • as long as its hard and on net it should be on the ice or a few inches to a foot off the ice

that way people in front of the net can tip it

  • lol -4

  • bend your knees more, power comes from your legs

  • look at that flex

  • ew...your ugly

  • hey brainiac, learn how to spell

  • ew... your a cunt

  • thanks, this is helpful, i'm supposed to demonstrate different shots in hockey for gym class but i'm not exactly an athlete :P

  • Wow... I did a semester project on the physics of hockey and used this video in it...7 years ago. Haha. From the science of hockey website.

  • ahhaha you cant get it up!!!

    lolz

  • okay i can do the slapshot and that but i cant get it up off of the ground what should i do? what could i possibly be doing wrong?

  • turn your hands over so the forehand of the blade is facing the ice and point it where you want the puck to go turn your hands so when you finish the shot the back of your lower hand is facing up and the palm of your upper hand are also facing up another helpful tip would be to as your stick hits the ice behind the puck pick your head up and look at where you want to shot your hands will tend to follow where you eyes are looking making for good shot bend your knees too get the flex goingPRACTICE

  • put more weight on your stick and DO NOT turn you blade facing out cuz it will make a crappy shot. just bend your knees put weight on your stick, hit the ice a couple of inches before the puck and with practice i will be good. but you really need to practice it. and to start off maybe you should take a stick with a little more flex.. i dont know you but maybe start off with a 80 flex maybe judging that your 19.. and then move up depending on your weight and power

  • Think of it like this. You know how to take a wrist shot and get it off the ice right? Well its basically the same principal, you want the puck in the exact same spot by your body. When youre taking a wrist shot you pull the puck close and right before you rip it, its by your inside foot. Thats the same possition you want to have the puck for a slapper. It seems kinda awkward at first but thats there you get the most torque.

  • lift ur back leg, it helps u get more power

  • Sucked slapshot !

  • i have a 100 flex that feels like a 80 flex

  • looks like tht slap shot sucked..

  • yeah because its a senior... thats why u go up in sizes for sticks... plus it doesnt snap as easy

  • maybe cuz you use a junior stick duuhhh and it isnt the flex that counts the most its the pressure on the stick and the weight.. cuz everybody can flex a twig..does it have power NO !..

  • thats is an excellent flex

  • and also if that was how u make a slapshot the puck would come off the ice.

  • thats not how u take a slap shot though.

  • wow look at the flex

  • that flex was puss
