  • If you ask me: "how come this wonderful video has few views?" Well, my friend, that's because people are not really interested in working their calves AT ALL, when having nice calves adds more elegance to your body. This is an excellent video, I wish more people can watch it. Gotta share it.

  • I'm the exact opposite of most people. My lower body is in great shap including my calves and quads, but I never really lift weights. I run on my school's track team and I also have my own treadmill!

  • @TobyGRcks No do not do them everyday, Muscle do not grow without recovery, no more then 2 times a week but go very heavy on weight

  • You told you worked 2 times a week but before the workout and after you do warm up exercises and pulls? I think you do but which pull and warm up exercises :S ? and another question what is the better running and do calf exercises or only calves exercise because i see you have running up on stairs and big jump videos :D I really like and enjoy it and you do also sprints :).

  • Hi micah i watched your all calves videos your work is amaizing. if you have a little time please answerer me. 1 year ago i have very intenzive calf workouts and my problem was my achiles was the week point on my leg not the muscle but also my muscle dont grow and i dont understand why. I do lot of exercises and I run 10km and after the running i do the workout to my calf. I had arthritis in my achiles but that was 1 year ago and now I want to start my workout again.

  • So when the toes are pointing inwards, it hits the outer heads of the calves? And vice versa?

  • @dirtycash101 I was underdeveloped head to toe, 16 i was 135 lbs.. 19 I was 150.. I have a few pics up on my facebook around that age, its nuts

  • @mmlacerte Well thats amazing man! looks like your calves are close to 19-20 inches.

    Mine are really underdeveloped 16.5-17 inches and i have the high calves problem...and im starting to get frustrated. How many different calf routines do you have?

  • @dirtycash101 I do not have a ton on here. The keys are making sure you go very heavy, with high reps, they take awaile to grow so just hit them very hard

  • @kongbog96 you wouldnt see big change for 6-12 weeks.. Calves in my opinion are the toughest muscle to build. be patient and train them like you do your favorite muscle groups and they will grow in time

    also, what do you do to get so tan before a competition?

    do you just tan? or do you recommend spray tan or some type of lotion?

  • @shobizzc Yeah i had tiny calves, the length of my calves was genetic THANK YOU MOM, but they were little chicken legs, 1000's of calves raises will get you there. As far as tan before show, I get a base tan just by going tanning then I get comp sprya tan applied, its a mess but will bring out all you cuts!!!
