I usually listen to only 60s & 70s music. But once in a while a gem like this finds its way to my ears that lets me know not all hope is lost for the modern music scene!
it really sounds way to heavy for a little bit. but once it settles down its quite a good tune. nothing amazing but it's definetly better than average.
I love the entire album :) Although this has to be my personal favourite track of it. I was wondering if anyone could name any other similar bands that just tend to do chilled out instrumentals like this.
i love les claypool and buckethead.. as well as brain and bernie so to have them all achieve such a great rasta dub sound is really great. Also a good tune to do some brown to and kick back.
If you usually dislike Buckethead's playing it's because the people he's playing with cannot even begin to compare to his badassness, therefore the jam that emerges is not equally badass. These guys jamming with B-head actually almost compare to his badassness. Therefore the jam that emerges is FUCKINGSICK
Nice how you think everyone who doesn't like your favorite shredder listens to Dragonforce. Thats just so childish fanboying... For example, Guthrie Govan is far more talented MUSICALLY and technically than buckethead - but buckethead has his own great moments and I dont mean to spoil them for people who like his music. But no need to be fucking kiddo.
@garad123456 he is good. But why is he better then buckethead? Id like to see govan do as many things as buckethead. Bass, piano, violin, to name a couple. He has so many diff styles he is good at he just might be the best of all time ( buckethead that it)
@garad123456 That is actually what I thought until I recently started listening to C2B3. Now I know, Buckethead is more versatile then I gave him credit for.
I used to think the same of Buckethead but then I really started listening to all of his music and he plays every style and that's when I started loving him as a musician. Just listen to some of his music that isn't as well known by the general community and I think you'll find the same.
when bernie comes in with the keys at 5:42 i get chills every time without fail. that swirling leslie speaker sound can't be beat. this is THE super group for this kind of music. i absolutely live for this shit. YES!
Reminds me so much of Mars Volta's dubby jams- wish i could think of a specific live track to post off the top my head but nope.

i bet bernie & brains are 10 times more talented musically than buckethead. bucket is good at cool shredding, but thats where it stops.
