  • well i workout at the gym 5days a week and i mostly use the elliptical .i burn at least 600calores on most days i am aiming for 800calories just haven't gotten there yet. well thank you for taking the time out and watching my video's have a great day =)

  • thanks! i am working on pumping my # of days sweating in the gym. i want to get to 5. thanks for sharing. i am burning about 350 calories in 35 minutes on the treadmill. i can see that i need to pump that up too. more days + more calories burning per session. got it. thanks for making the videos and sharing your journey. take care.
