  • I love this video! I liked the old "peppy" music but the new mood music reminds of the movie "Dark Water" which was filmed on the island. Can't wait to return to NY in the fall. PS: Works really well on my EVO 3D phone.

  • Superb 3D Work

    The mystical sound fits perfectly

  • Can you tell us why you won't let us watch this on iPhone? the Hasbro My3D attachment is great, but your video is blocked from display!

  • @Tralfaz37 I'll look into it.

  • @Tralfaz37 Just changed it. I had no idea that when they introduced the syndication settings options that it defaulted to "No"

  • @FireLineStudios Thanks!

  • Ther other song was much better, I think this one doesn't match

  • @Vuduchild I had to remove the copyrighted song...

  • man i need an auto lenticular display

  • Beautiful

  • This is some of the best 3D footage I have ever seen. There is exellent depth and the 3D is very effective. Quite a bit of 3D looks flat, especially for stuff that is far away from the camera or sometimes you get a cardboard-cutout look. Great music too!

  • @DarthHater100 The effect is actually "Hyper 3D". It's as if the cameras were separated by about 4 feet. Human eyes are about 3 inces apart. Because of that, humans cannot actually see 3D beyond about 25 yards (I think that's what it is) but because we use something called "Depth Cues", we know what is close and what is far away and our brains think we are seeing true 3D.

I have forced the effect by simulating extreme separation of the cameras.

That's why this looks so cool.

    Thks for the comment

  • @FireLineStudios Thanks for telling me the secret!! I've been taking Stereographs for several years and it never occurred to me you could have 4 ft of separation between lenses. I've spent the last 2 days with homemade rig and a digital camera taking all sorts of photos with varying degrees of separation. I can't believe I didn't think of this. My photos look great!

  • @DarthHater100 Post some of them. I really like to see what you've come up with. Flickr maybe?

  • @DarthHater100 Have you gotten around to posting any of these new photos with the wide camera separation ? Still would like to see your results.

  • awesome, great video, added this to my favorites. How was it made with one camera??

  • Am I the only one who can't seem to focus with crossed eyes?

  • @Kaabiipowaah Buy some 3d glasses, they're dirt cheap.

  • @Kaabiipowaah cross your eyes, and you will get the three pannels where the middle is in focus and in 3D and the ones on either side are double-vison and blurry. Now hold up both hands and block the edge of your eye's line of sight enough to block out the side pannels. You will still see 3 pannels, but you will notice that they are no longer double-visioned and blurry. Instead you will have a 3D pannel in the middle with two in-focus 2D pannels on either side and it's much easyer to focus

  • very funny how moving cars on the bridge pop up way more than they should :) at 2:25 and on

  • jesus i don't think i'll keep going boz eyed to watch these videos my eyes keep going funny. :P

  • Very nice shot!

  • I'll say it again: Brilliant technique!!!

  • Amazing video, but I noticed the left and right are out of sync.... the cars on the bridge look like they're hovering closer and farther than the bridge

  • bravo

  • Very good

  • This is awesome! Music gives it even more to go! Is this the original speed?

  • Yup. The tram moves at about 16mph.

  • gut sehr gut

  • Very good. How far apart were your lenses? It looks like more than normal depth.

  • Very nice footage

The NY skyline looks amazing in 3d

  • This is GREAT for 3D!! My favorite one of all of them!

  • VERY 3D
