  • Not that Wikipedia is the definitive resource for the "Ace's of Vietnam" page, but on which are listed (among others):

Capt. Charles B. “Chuck” DeBellevue, USAF, 6 Kills, the first USAF WSO Ace of the Vietnam War.

Capt. Richard S. "Steve" Ritchie, USAF, 5 Kills, the first and only USAF Pilot Ace of the Vietnam War.

Lt Randy H. 'Duke' Cunnigham, USN, 5 Kills; the first and only USN Pilot Ace of the Vietnam War.

  • @marktorrey ... and also,

LTJG William "Willy Irish" Driscoll, USN, 5 Kills, the first and only USN RIO Ace of the Vietnam War.

  • preparation, teamwork, attitude, discipline, education, training, communication, enthusiasm, attitude, attitude, attitude, will ,determination, integrity equal success, quality, achievement, excellence

  • No credit to you for not fixing your mistake "the only ace of the Vietnam War" after being advised of it. You are disrespecting Randy Cunningham.

  • Steve run for office and fix some things could you ? Help us out buddy.

  • Your video information says: "Ritchie is the only ace of the Vietnam War." But what is with Randy 'Duke' Cunningham?

  • Randy Cunningham was the first ace in Vietnam.

    USN

Steve Ritichie was first and probably only USAF ace in Vietnam.

  • not true, backseaters got credited for the kill too. I think that one of richie's GIBs (guy in the back), has the most US kills - charles debellevue - six of them. When F-4 crew shot a mig down, both of the crew got credited for the kill
