  • salam walaikum bajias i am living in uk aap ko paya banatha dekh kar mainaybhi koshish ke magar mayray payay jalgai i am never used pressure cooker before i by new pre cooker i put 4 cup of water 1st time after 40 minute i open p cooker phir bhi paya nahe gala then i put 3cups more water phir 35 minutbad open kiya tho payay julgai magar paya pura nahe gala half gala koai idea bathai k kaise bana dubarah ?mehar bani hoge aap ki agar begining may meat tender power mix kiya tho thik rahayga? ya n

  • @60akberkhan WS, kahan se liya cooker ? indian store ? ya koye jana mana english brand? your cooker is not right or its not getting the pressure may be rubber has water in it, alway take out the rubber and dry it inside the lid before cooking. there shuld be very little steam comming out while its cooking you hardly see, but you must have seen a lot. thats why water dried and meat uncooked.

  • @notiiz sirf paya banao, only cook paya to get the real taste. but if you wish to cook all yes these are the only things you add. no more at all strictly.

    I REMEMBER... THAT THEY COULD BE SHAVED USING HOT WATER AND A RAZOR BLADE... AUR PHIR SKIN SABOOT RAHTI HAI...

    THIS IS HOW MY MUM USED TO MAKE AY HOME...

  • khur kiya kiya karain ge, baghir jalaye wo taste naheen. germ pani main daal ker ooper se toch lete hain baal ya khurach lete hain phir rahe sahe jala lete hain. khur naheen khulte jab tak aag main na dalo. thanks it is a good ideia to shave them but you do compromise on taste

  • o ok. thanks. the best part about your recipes is that they have that village food's soul. The aroma of your kind of salan is absolutely different. My 4yrs ki cooking experience is nothing in front of these 6-7 new dishes of yours that i tried.

  • Learn the basics! Once you know the basics then cooking is a piece of cake. you will always get it right. inshaallah

  • I mean you can do a special tutorial about what flavor goes with what.. like i remember reading somewhere you mentioned ginger doesnt go with Aalu gosht. Like wise, you can give some more tips.... the basics :-)

  • I do wish to give a lot of tips about cooking during the recipe. So many times I knew that the tip was very important but 2-3 times people wrote that the film is up to 5 min and its long for them. Such as heat kitni, pressure time kiya?

  • @Bajiascooking when you cook with passion and interest....it turns out great...and if someone like you is too teach then cooking pakistani food cannot be anything less than perfect....you are great...Your family are sooo lucky to have you....not only you know how to cook properly but very clean....you are awesome...can't stop complementing you....

  • Paya means feet of cow or lamb.

  • Phir jo sukha-o gi pani aami ki terha :) kharaab ker lo gi. do not add more then 1 ½ cup at all in 1 kg. If they are with skin then 2 cups fine, no problems. If cooking more then 1 kg add ½ ts more salt and chilies each, I md- lg onion leave the rest as it is.

    This one kg is more then enough for family of 7.

  • payaaaaa!!!! yay!!! cant wait to try. One thing.. If i want more gravy, will i need to just add more water towards the end or will i need to increase the quantity of the masalas as well? I made dal masur moong and bangan aalu yesternight. it turned out awesome!
