I invite you to join Ghostrade(com) to witness the fruits of labor in regards to PM work and software Development.
i must thank this person ... although he speaks with a southern accent ... but he posted it for free ...at least some1 is out there who wants to help people without makin' any profit. Thank you so much and please keep up your good work. May Allah bless you.
he cant really improve his accent, and even though it was kinda hard to understand the video was very useful for me. Maybe have someone else commentate next time?
This is quite simplified. Generally a defect is first evaluated for severity and probability. A bug my have low severity but high probability, or low probability but high severity. This flows into priority. From there the project manager will add it to a release/sprint/iteration. Once the release begins the defect is assigned. However, sometimes a pool system is used so the first developer to pull it off the list will be assigned.
This is very useful and i'll say a very big thank you for this video..But you need to try and work on your accent cos i found it very difficult to understand you..
Good one but need some more explanation...
