Hi! can you do a video on how to strengthen joints? a couple of months ago i dislocated my kneecap while doing those jumping lunges and the doctor told me my tendons/muscles around my knees were weak. At the physical therapist, i did some squats and stairs but i would greatly appreciate it if you could suggest some other exercises. Thanks! :)
Can you make a video showing what a beginner should start off exercising with. I don't exercise but I want to start. I want to loose weight, but I don't know what I should do to begin.

Burpees are always so difficult! I did 50 this morning at my Crossfit gym. The only difference is that we collapse our torsos to the ground, like a collapsed press-up (push-up for us americans)
I really love that you guys are teaching us how to get decent at home workouts, with out a ton of equipment. Plus the fact that you teach the proper way, and the modified way for some of us who aren't as active. Thanks!
Hey guys. I saw Nick and Sam trying to do push ups at the end of the other video and, let me tell you, I look pretty much like that tryung to - lol. So I was wondering, can you do a version of this workout for begginers?
I would like to see a video from you two how to start running/jogging/training for for example 10 kilometer run from the VERY beginning. What are things to remember, right technique etc. It would be much easier to watch somebody to show how to do it, books with pictures aren't that helpful.
