The sad thing about this series is that they couldn't show their ful potential. Imean, I honestly think that the creators wished to do a lot more with it. Just look at the darker episodes, there you will see just how edgy they really are!

So, in the comics, how does the Joker end up dying?

Because I've heard of two different endings:

1. Robin pushes him into an electric field

2. Robin shoots the Joker instead of Batman

So I figured Robins kills him somehow

At the same time I know there's 3 different Robins

1. Turns into Nightwing (i think)

2. Joker kills

3. Is still with batman

Wow... You're posting this question in the wrong video... You should of asked this in a "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker" related video. Well, anyways, I will try to explain the FIRST part you asked. Yes, there are TWO different ways Joker dies, but TECHNICALLY, it happens in 2 different versions of "BB:RotJ". 1- There's a pg-13 version, where Robin (Tim) shoots Joker (Batman never would of shot Joker, so I don't know where you came up with that).

To continue with what I said: 2. In the pg movie version, Robin pushes Joker into faulty electrical wiring, which results in Joker's death. There are 2 different movie versions, because parents complained about the violence in the pg-13 movie of "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker", so a pg version was made, which resulted in a bit less violent scenes.

It's not stupid, the reason The Joker tells Batman that he's far to gone to turn back is because the Joker's point of view is that Batman is clearly on the path of going insane. because the more Batman fights him the more he loses his saninty to capturing The Joker, and lets face it even if Batman kills him the Joker will win at the end. no matter the out come.

Why is there a shot of the Joker falling into a vat of chemicals (looks like toxic waste) as the Joker...if the chemicals are what transform him into the Joker?!

Did Batman drop him in...because then they'd probably have this dialogue:

Joker: "You dropped me into that vat of chemicals. That wasn't easy to get over...and don't think that I didn't try!"

Actually, the scene that you saw was Joker falling into a fountain at a theater, but there ARE a few scenes with Joker falling into a vat of chemicals (they're just not in this video).
