  • ▬▲♫●COOL●♫▲▬

  • looove sushi!

  • I'm so into Japanese food now. Not because they are healthy, but also because I like the taste. Yum!

  • japan rocks when i am old enough i will go live there i always loved japan

  • as an american, I live in japan and i love it. they are so healthy!!! I am enjoying the sushi, too

  • I had a similar experience. I worked in Japan for eight years.

About two years into my residence I began eating a traditional Japanese diet. I went from 223 pounds to 179. I felt wonderful. When I came home and had a medical exam the doctor marvelled at the fact that I was 69 and had "perfect numbers". Not so now!!!!!

  • I was so healthy too, Im a celt so we love Irish, scottish breakfasts although when I went to japan I lost so much weight and felt healthy. The food was so tasty too.

  • It's true, I needed to lose a couple of kilos so I just started to eat exactly what my Japanese wife eats(of course larger quantities) and stopped eating all the things she doesn't eat and the kilos came off easily.

  • Japanese food and CHICKS rock....

  • Ha ha ha... I like the end.

  • This DVD's cool, it's just $10.99 and it's available now! Go to MyPCTalks and click on the link there to Amazon. Also if you want a spectacular tour of Japan get the related travel guide on Japan "Japan: Samurai, Geisha and Technology" which is only $10!

  • Not surprising. I like Japanese food, thats a plus for me. =[)

  • This video reveals how the Japanese stay thin and it shows you how you can adapt their healthy lifestyle to how you eat, exercise and relax in America. You can follow most of these tips even if you only want to eat American food. And even if you don't like raw fish don't worry that is only a small part of the Japanese diet.
