Sounds to me like like an old TV soundtrack for PBS science programs rather than Eagle. Not a slam, great stuff.

This must have been the same process that is heard on 'Fly Like an Eagle' by Steve Miller.

Same process probably, except that Miller used an early Roland synth, not a Moog. No idea if his echo unit was solid state or tape based, though.
