Hey, your videos are really excellent and I'm glad I found your channel. I started picking up sewing with encouragement from my ma who' been sewing all her life. So great to have you here, so thank you for sharing your knowledge.
These tips are great! I also go to charity shops alot. They are great for buying duvet sets, they hold alot of fabric that you wouldn't get that amount for the price at the fabric shop. Also as everything is second hand, it is already washed so you don't have to worry about shrinking!
I love thrifting!! I found a Tripp NYC dress in excellent condition for $7. I also came across a skirt/dress (stretchy waistband = uber convertible!) from Express with the tags still attatched - it was selling there for $88, but I bought it thrifting for only $8 - and this is a silk and velvet skirt, too!! Good to know I'm not too nerdy for shopping used. :P
Thanks! I used a program called CamStudio. It was a free download I found on the internet. I just record what I need then pull it into Windows movie maker to edit. Hope that helps you :)
I love thrift sotres and salvation armys so much the only place I hate is goodwill, tehy throw away so much good sutff. If you even go there, do it at night and go dumpster diving. Thers a lot of great stuff.

A thrift store is a second hand shop, where you can buy used items like clothing, books, and tons of other things.

Do you have a program to capture your screen for your commercial or did you use a video camera? It looks great!
