So basically it's a custom job which is not unusual for PSCs like these guys. Whatever it is, it's a sweet setup.

The hand guard in this vid sure looks like a ARMS 59M SIR to me - its clearly not round and has full length rails on all 4 sides plus looks to be aluminum not than carbon fiber. The ARMS hand guard is also bulkier than the one on the Mk12. No way to know for sure w/o talking to Travis Haley, but google some pics of the ARMS 59M SIR and I think you will see what I'm talking about.

@Mortensenx It looks like an M16A4 or other rifle-length AR platform chambered in 5.56 NATO with lots of accessories and upgrades. Hard to tell for sure, but looks like an ARMS 59M SIR (the railed hand guard), a Leupold scope, probably Mark 4 series on a quick-detach mount of some kind, what looks like an AN/PEQ-2 mounted in front of the scope and a bi-pod, probably Harris brand. So basically it's a custom job which is not unusual for PSCs like these guys. Whatever it is, it's a sweet setup.

@IMFDB You sure? The Mk12 has a round carbon fiber hand guard with a single rail running the length of the top. The hand guard in this vid sure looks like a ARMS 59M SIR to me - its clearly not round and has full length rails on all 4 sides plus looks to be aluminum not than carbon fiber. The ARMS hand guard is also bulkier than the one on the Mk12. No way to know for sure w/o talking to Travis Haley, but google some pics of the ARMS 59M SIR and I think you will see what I'm talking about.
