  • this is why I do not, will not support that party

  • I never really understood the protests over the new US medicare system. Here in Australia, when Medicare was introduced, our prime minister simply appeared on TV and quietly informed us that we would all receive an ID card and that we could use it to cut the cost of our medical bills. In return, we all had to contribute a proportionate amount to the scheme. There were no protests - no rallies - it was a complete non-event. I still don't understand why Americans are complaining.

  • those tea baggers deserve to have parkinson's and die in the street...that's what they wish on others

  • 0:29 sad to see that in the USA, sad to see it period

  • Comment removed

  • I thought the guy at the front was going to smack the guy sitting down over the head with his baby.

They should just try to smile at least once a week and they may learn to accept others.

  • its sickening.tea baggers you are a piece of sheet.

  • People still do work for everything in a socialist society or state. Just look at Cuba, or France if your more liberal. Those people still work, but the government still provides for those in need. Long live communism, but wherever there is social democracy is in a nation, that good enough for us.

  • This people are sickos!!! Just because God gave you a healthy body it doesn't mean he can't take it away/

  • The Parkinson's sufferer was a nuclear engineer with a Doctorate from Cornell, by the way.

I hope those Tea Party psychopaths burn in hell.

  • @keefriff99 According to the book they hold in their hand when they scream at people, yes they're going to burn in hell !

  • @keefriff99 Yeah, I'm sure they will burn in hell and suffer eternity in hell, getting tortured by creationism, 2012, moon landing hoax and other psudo-siences. Well, except for creationism whom does not even qualify as a psudo-science.

  • Canada, Britain, France, The Netherlands. Stand up and pat each other on the back if you're watching this. We each have our own issues with our medical systems, but my word imagine having to suffer the American one.

I have complete sympathy for you Americans, you have to sit and watch as corporations run your country, politician puppets send you to illegal wars that bring racial hatred to YOU, not to them, to YOU. Then you have to pay THEM to keep you alive.

    Good luck guys, really.

  • @scaryninja1693 Yup I am canadian and see more and more why I will not retire in AMerica. Endless problems.

  • @scaryninja1693 I love Europe.

  • @Stingerbillion I love lamp.

  • @scaryninja1693

Of course Cuba also has free health care, very low unemployment rate, high literacy rate (higher than the U.S. I believe) and life expectancy as high as the U.S. Not bad for a little island and compared to it's neighbors, light years ahead. Shame about that bit leased to the U.S. - Guantanamo Bay detention camp to be precise.

  • @iamademocratic Now now Cuba, it's not cool or well mannered to invite yourself to the gongratulatory party. I guess you can tag along just this once, but since you have Guantanamo on your hands, maybe you should be designated driver this time around.

  • @scaryninja1693

Just giving the facts amigo, just the facts, as detailed in the "Cia - World Facts Book", bazarrely enough.

  • @scaryninja1693 Perfectly said!

  • @scaryninja1693 Fabulous post. The bill that passed; it was along the lines of Bob Doles plan, pushed by him during his presidential nominee campaign. Oh, did I forget? Dole, a republican. Republicans are so fucking stupid, Obama gives them (quoting the ohio sun tan ad rep) 98% of what they wanted. It is re-packaged repub. plans that they reject because Obama has cooties-not because he's black, but because he's smarter than they, but god damn, who isin't

  • @walkermydawg It wouldn't matter if they worshipped the ground he walked on to be honest, either way, the corporations control the main decisions, the politicians just choose the wallpaper, so to speak.

  • @scaryninja1693 You are reading my mail. Even to the analogy of the corporate (damn near can't help but to follow it with 'welfare') and the wallpaper. I'm not kidding. If I had run accross your post 6 mos. from now without noticing the author, I would have thought, "Oh, hell, here's one of my old posts after two vikes and a bottle of wine. Please. It's a compliment.

  • @walkermydawg The analogy was roughly the same you say? What a lovely coincidence, and a touching compliment, thank you.

  • @scaryninja1693 I have insurance but when my lung poped on vacation in the US I had to wait over an hour before they could do anything, just sittin in the ER with a hole in my lounge filling in papers and calling my insurance company.

It wasn't that bad but I see the problem because one of the bills was sent home to us and it was for 1800 dollars for one CTscan...

  • I would hit the Like button but it's at 420. I can't change that.

  • taxes rofl

  • i don't whats worse today in the modern western world the untrustful greedy corperations in america or the far right racist extreamist groups in europe and russia

  • Money, money money. I want more. I want it so much I even want yours. I will say anything or do anything to get your money. More, more more. Mine, mine mine.

  • I think I remember a movie about something like (passive eugenics) this starting up during the 1930's only it was hard to understand the movie because it was in German.

  • I don't have a problem with a helping hand but I do have a problem with people abusing the system.

  • "Nothing for free you have to work for everything you get" - WELL I wonder how braindead conservative sheep could possibly think multi-millionaires and billionaires truly deserve their excess of wealth - what's worse someone poor getting a handout or someone super wealthy needlessly getting tax breaks? If you really think the first one's worse there's really something wrong with you ....sadly, it seems like half of Americans hold that view

  • I get what you are saying, I do and I agree with you but you dont think the bailout was also unnessecary? Should of let the companies fail. What did the CEO's do with the bailout money anyway? Nothing that I can see other than getting private planes they so comfortably show off.

  • US conservatives hate "socialized medicine" because it's the only thing that sustained Cuba over 40 years of strict and (partially) illegal US embargo.

  • why is every other western democracy wrong but america is right when it comes to healthcare? in canada we had a vote on our greatest canadian in history and Tommy Douglas who created our health care system won. as bill would say....letting poor people die in the streets.......just what jesus would do

  • the civil rights movement also gave civil rights to asian, not just blacks

  • Therefore if the U.S. health care system is so great, why every year thousands of Americans come to Canada for treatment properly?, and the Cuban health system works well because it treats each year and operates thousands of tourists ?. Do your research, get information, places to listen to the fearmonger.

  • @pinonoir302 The American healthcare system isn't great. But the problem is that in the 70's congress passed a law basically forcing employers to provide coverage, which created the HMO system. By forcing us to buy insurance, the providers no longer had to compete for our business and as a result prices went up and quality went down. So of course now their solution is more government.

  • @jdowfleetwood

But do not you'd be safer if you had a Universal Health Insurance for you, your spouse your kids your friends and co-workers, people close to you?, without forcing you to sale your house to pay for stomach surgery the..., person you love and even yourself!.

  • I not understand this hatred towards a fair system for ALL the world ? its disgusting as the tea baggers shouts and screams after a poor disabled !!!, America fascist and selfish, willing to pay to kill and destroy in other countries for there is no interest other than oil.

reduced the army outside the country and money for a health system simple and democratic for all Americans!

  • 0:45

That guy on the left of the screen has brought a baby to a protest rally with adults angry and yelling. Very irresponsible. That's no place for a kid.

  • Along with Tigers, conservatives will go extinct within our lifetime. I'm really depressed about Tigers.

  • 4:41. Bill...the post office is going bankrupt because private companies like UPS and Fedex are better options. So if the healthcare system was like the post office we would be pretty fucked.

  • For republicans it's better to give handouts to billionnaires than to poor people !

  • @9999pharlap Tax cuts are only hand outs to billionaires if you only cut their tax bracket. The Reagan and Bush tax cuts decreased EVERYONE'S taxes and most of the money went to the middle brackets. In top bracket's tax burden INCREASED after each tax cut.

  • Living long healthy lives in just unAmerican, to be a real american your supposed to get up to your eyeballs in debt then go out and buy guns - because guns solve all the worlds problems.

  • conservatives are uncivilized animals

  • If anyone else has a primarily conservative family try listening in at the next family party. Politics always comes up at in my family anyway the conversation devolves into them shouting about how Obama is taking their money and giving it to the freeloader Mexican illegals (with excessive racial slurs mixed in of course, my family's white)

  • @Turtleman7007 thats my family to lol my family's italian-american and very conservative (im not, and an atheist) but i am republican- and i dont see the problem with having universal health care (so long as is not forced onto anyone who has no health insurance, like me) i hav no, never had a medical problem, and a while bak i suffered a seizure (which wasnt a big deal in the end) and was told i HAD to get health insurance to go futher- even tho i have the money to pay for it, so idk wat

  • @Turtleman7007 ppl are going up in arms and bitching about- because i have MY own money yet i was told i had to get private insurance and give my money to them, which is ridiculous. conservatives need to stfu about their money and taxes and general finances and how special it is to them- no shit, everyone deals with thos. idk where my taxes go but right now my taxes r fine and im living comfortably in the middle class. Its like conservatives want a "corporate/private sector communist" state

  • @Killerjosh89 something that could only exist in someone not in touch with reality *cough*conservatives*cough*

  • id like america to have healthcare but right now is a bad time i meen you guys are so close to a depression and if that happens america is in for a bad time if a recession is falling off a horse then a depression is falling off a horse getting your foot caught on the saddle and being dragged for 10 miles so they may want to hold off untill you get your debt in control

  • @TheWhiteOp Medical bills are the #1 reason people file bankruptcy (NYTs, 2009). This is the BEST time for universal health care, not the worst. Single-payer NOW!!

  • my parents are republicans and i can say first hand, when all the doors are closed and people talk amongst themselves.... its greed. they talk about how they don't want to pay for other people's insurance. they talk about their taxes going up. they don't give a damn about anybody but themselves

  • @DrNHand1994 Ayn Rands philosophy at work alright.

  • It is greed. Yeah it is. My dad is the same way, Republican Neo-Con Catholic man who believes that if he has money its his and he doesnt want to give it to anyone else let alone be forced to give to someone else and to me that seems a bit reasonable. I want to have a choice to whether or not I want to give my money away to others and I do so gladly all the time but thats my choice so others coming and telling me what I should do with my money isnt a choice. thats the issue, choice.

  • @scienceatheism So you think having your choice is more ijmportant than people's health and lives? I'm not trying to be be sarcastic, just asking. And there are already plenty of taxes we pay that we DON'T have a choice in. What about those? I agree with Thom Hartman: "Taxes are the price of admission to a civilized society." We all use the commons, so we should all contribute our fair share.

  • Yes. If you have no choice then whats the point? your freedoms are gone, so just as long as everyone else is healthy my option to choose doesnt really matter? Im sorry that sounds a lot like cohersion to me. But yes you are right we do have taxes that we dont have a choice to pay you dont think we should option not to pay for those taxes? just like having the option to get out of social security and other social programs. The option to opt out?

  • @scienceatheism :"Your freedoms are gone." Well no, you still have a lot of freedoms. I guess this is an issue that is impossible to please everyone with. I just think everyone's health is more important than my right to choose not to contribute to that end. Also, I don't know anyone that would like to lose their house and home just because they got a serious, long-term illness. As a matter of fact I hear republicans at work whining about their sickness and that they can't afford med. help.

  • I believe my health and my loved ones health matters everyone else thats on them to worry about and not societies responsibility, now if you want to contribute and be a good person then join an organization, or a charity or a church but to force people at gun point and the threat of jail sentence simply because you refuse to give half of your pay check to the federal government is wrong .Im not a Republican, Im a Libertarian, lets get that straight. There is a difference between us alright.

  • cont... And if not charities or organizations, then maybe the state government that you live in can help. Romney Care takes care of the 8 percent that doesnt have health insurance and provides a safety net for the 92 percent that do have it. But thats state legislation, and in your state if you campaign enough and get enough votes you can have socialized medicine, I see no problem with that. But to blanket that shit over the whole country I dont think its a wise move.

  • @scienceatheism Yeh well, that's your opinion, okay. But I hear it works just fine in the countries that have it, and that's another reason I'm for it. It's not "shiit", it's for the betterment and well being of the whole country. Do you want to live next to, or ride public transportation sitting next to people with a communicable disease because they couldn't afford to see a doc?

  • No, what I want is for the state to take care of its own people. This isnt other countries, this is america we are set up a different way. Stop trying to make us like everyone else. If other countries are a socialist democracy then fine more power to them, but america isnt set up for that, its set up where states and state sovereignty, individual freedoms, less federal government intervention are the cornerstone to our very existence. Where free men have the right to choose what happens to them

  • @scienceatheism As far as that goes, that's just the way Canada started their universal health care system, a providence at a time. Vermont just passed a single-payer health care system and hopefully the rest of the states will follow suit. "This isn't other countries." That doesn't mean we can't learn something from other countries. We can and should. "Where free men have the right to choose what happens to them." Being free is good, but itdoesn't mean we should be selfish, arrogant and stupid.

  • Selfish? everyone is selfish and greedy dude. The real trick is to what extent would you go to feed that greed and that selfish bone in your body. Vermont passed it... good for them so did Massachusetts with Romney Care. And thats great for them, but if other states dont want that they shouldnt be forced to have it. If the majority of the people in a state refuse to have free health care then they have that right to refuse to have it, and others have the right to get the fuck out of there.cont.

  • cont.... We can learn from other countries yes I agree with that, but we still must do our own thing and follow our constitution and how it was meant to be ran.

  • @scienceatheism "meant to be run," not ran. You are proof that not all atheists are either educated or progressive.

  • Oh im sorry run. Excuse me. I didnt know I had people on the internet who went around correcting people on youtube. Rather then contributing to the argument or discussion lets pick out some grammatical error, that would prove them wrong and their arguments invalid. FUCK OFF!!!!

  • @scienceatheism It's because there is a strong correlation between bad grammar, bad language, and bad conservative arguments - which you just proved again. Your self-centered "ideology" is more important to you than helping people when they need it; you live in a cartoon world.

  • @hznfrst

    Hear hear.

  • and you live in a fantasy land where you think money grows on fucking trees. I help people out, I donate money to make a wish foundation and various other charities every chance I get, I volunteer at a old folks home and a hospital, WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU DO TO DO YOUR PART??? Oh no you want others to help but refuse to help yourself. You dick. And no there is no correlation between bad grammar skills and libertarian arguments you dumb fuck. Its just your way of feeling superior.

  • @scienceatheism You are quite out of your potty-mouthed mind, you know that? What makes you think I don't contribute to charities myself? Right, that wouldn't fit your stereotype. Well, I do, I've been employed my entire adult life, *and* I've always said that *everyone* should be taxed at 50% so *no one* would ever go without food, shelter or medicine. It's the only civilized thing to do. But libertarians don't get that we live in a *society* (same root as socialism) or a *communi(ty/ism)*.

  • you do? what charities do you give your money to and how much do you give? 50 percent? hmmmm even the poor you are going to tax everyone at 50 percent including the poor, the lower middle class? Tax them at the same rate as the rich. Yes that seems reasonable. Yes we live in a society a society that likes our freedoms and likes the money we get from the hard work we put in and doesnt like to be forced to give it away at fucking gun point. You like that because thats civilized to you but not me.

  • @hznfrst That's a very petty attack. Mistakes in grammar and syntax do not reveal intellect directly. A refusal to engage in the discussion with facts, figures or any kind of valid points do however show that you can't contest with scienceatheism's point.

  • Thank you scary Ninja. Because apparently we have an english teacher on the internet who has lost their job.

  • @scienceatheism I don't care how good people are at grammar and spelling, so long as they try to use it correctly that's enough for me. No worries, have fun with your discussion ;)

  • Yeah at least I dont spell like this Sc@r3d, or h8 or any of that bullshit. I just type real fast and I dont look it over some times I just send it. But yeah I will hopefully he has some valid points rather then just generalizing and using straw mans (although I think I already used a straw man ahha).

  • @scienceatheism Text talk is fine if confined to texting or social network private messaging. That is the only thing I'll get grammar nazi on, if someone uses text speak in actual speech I imagine myself trying to cram their phone down their necks. If I hear 'lmao'...that's when shit goes down.

Anyways, good talk. Ciao for now.

  • Americans don't hate free health care,,they barely tasted it yet,,,,5 years from now they will be bragging how great they are because it's free.

  • @nick0mac Wow you are dumb. It's not free numb nuts, we pay for it through taxes. That being said I am all for it and its about time we start to catch up with the rest of the world.

  • @Mrbayrat1 im not stupid i realize tax pays for it,,,,,but its a bit different when you pay a few bucks here and there throughout the year then paying 250 thousand or more when you find out you need an operation and thousands more if you need long term attention. By free I mean anyone can walk into a hospital without a cent to their name and not pay a dime at the door....And by the way thanks for calling me numb nuts so everyone knows you are writing me from 1990,,bahaha Grade 4 Bully?

  • Everyone always says "to do it without the help of the government" lets not forget all the government does that we forget about: maintains roadways and infrastructure; seriously subsidizes the costs of gas, and food; public transit; sanitation; they provide the infrastructure for telecommunications - like the internet here. If you want to do it "on your own", I suggest you move out of the suburbs and into the woods.

  • hide yo kids hide yo wife it's bloody sunday

  • that's fucked up what they did to that guy with parkinsons they should all get parkinsons for that

  • How is this ranting from Bill Maher (surprise?) NOT fear mongering?

The reason we shouldnt have free healthcare is because we CANT pay for it! We can barely pay for the welfare we have allready. We need to cut welfare spend more on it. Finally, republicans are not against reform (what the fuck?) they are against spending money they don't have and the following recession or depression when the dollar collapses because of it.

  • @venik88

what the fuck? lots of countries have health care, and welfare, old age pensions. u saying it cant be done in this country you brag about being the best in the world?

there is an unemployment rate.ppl with degrees are unemployed. there are more people then there are jobs. even if everyone had a 200 IQ and ivy education, there just isnt a job for everyone.therefore some can't pay for health care. let em suffer? this is the best country in the world?

  • @Jaymz5555

We do have the best healthcare, it's expensive because it's good. Rich people from other countries come here for the best the world has to offer. And do you think you are doing anyone a favor by forcing us into more debt? Do you think saving lives now will not kill more lives later, when we default on our debt, the dollar collapses, and hospitals go out of business? Welcome to reality, where nothing is free, and riding up your credit card has ramifications. Obamacare is a pipedream.

  • @Jaymz5555 Also, theres a difference between having healthcare, pensions, and welfare. And having voluntary healthcare, pensions, and welfare. That is what america was founded on, freedom to pay or not pay for non-essential things you disagree with. Obama throws that out the window.

  • @Jaymz5555 We don't have health care like other countries, but we are also the only country that people come to to have freedom, to get away from social programs like health care. People with PhDs in science come here to do research and teach. And there are jobs available, people don't want to work or they feel that since they have a certain degree they are too good to work certain jobs.

  • @whyamimrpink78 I think you forget canada. People come here for freedom as well. Plus free healthcare, social programs, cheaper education..

  • @ChrisGladiatorGames People come to the US to make it on their own, to work hard and not have to rely on the government. That is the pride I have. I make it on my own without the help of the government or taking something from someone else.

  • @whyamimrpink78 "People come to the US to make it on their own, to work hard and not have to rely on the government"

But if you get really really sick === you won't be able to work HARD and pay for your medical bills ...

so if everybody just pays a little more tax ==== ALL would have GOOD healthcare when they need it.

  • @AngeliqueEU If you get really really sick you are screwed anyway. Plus, you don't want the federal government to control health care because that would mean we have less control of government. Think, when times are bad do you think the federal government is going to cut back on their health care and payment, no, they will cut back on ours. The last thing we need is less control of the government, we already don't control it that much as we do.

  • This makes me cringe with embarrassment... Dumbass Americans! Why are Americans so goddamn stupid?

  • @Amerikaner25 It is a price we have to pay for freedom. I would rather have stupid people and myself be free then be forced to get an "education" but not allow to think for myself.

  • "Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the people's liberty teeth keystone... the rifle and the pistol are equally indispensable... more than 99% of them by their silence indicate that they are in safe and sane hands. The very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference. When firearms go, all goes, we need them every hour." (Address to 1st session of Congress)

    Fuck you Bill.

  • sorry....the parkinsons sufferer I mean.

  • What a brave dude....I have so much admiration for him.

  • Has anything that the government runs ,medicare, social security, the post office ever make a profit, no the are going bankrupt.. Now you want to turn over one third of the U,S. economy. to them. Paul Ryan's plan was turned down by both parties. Do I think that owning a new sports car would make my life better, no I can't afford the payments.

  • fuck the tea party: bunch of ignorant hillbillies.

  • The most Christian Nation on Earth but they didn't get the bit about the good Samaritan. They also missed that Jesus was a communist, so I guess so.

  • @William00048 oh please this nation knows more about the kardasian sisters than jesus christ and how fucking sad is that lol

  • i can honestly say now as a non-represented american, that im glad for once that we arent taking guns away from people, because it seems that at the rate things are going we will need them for a 2nd revolution to get these worthless pigs out of office and take the power back for the people....HERE´S TO THE NEW REVOLUTION..

  • @TheWisdom187 Laugh Out Loud! WHAT?

  • makes me feel good to be canadian, that parkisons clip was disgusting!!!!!!!! thats the greatest nation in the world???????? no handouts that poor was prolly broke from all his tax dollars going to the military!!!!!!!

  • Please date your uploads. And thank you for your efforts!

  • i cant ever retire because the republicans wont give me affordable healthcare and they are going to take away my social security and medicare and they are giving my tax dollars the corporate elite oh and they want to shove their delusional religion down my throat and take away my civil liberties oh on and on and on and on and on!the tea baggers are a bowel movement

  • It'd be interesting to see how the opinions of those opposed to UHC would change if those who are now comfortable with their insurance suddenly lost their job or became terminally ill. Insurance companies are "for profit" not "for health". I understand that nothing is free, but it seems as if the human element is forgotten. The stranger without insurance suffering from Parkinson's could've easily been a loved one. Money & war are more important than quality of life & health??? Priority check!

  • Wow, that is just depressing. To see Americans treat a fellow American suffering from Parkinson's like that.... it really makes me question whether I want to call myself an American anymore. Id like to see that cock sucker who said "if you're lookin for a hand out, you're in the worng end of town" go try to find a steady well paying job with medical benefits when he is suffering for Parkinson's. A true shame and an embarassment to all Americans, actually to all human beings.

  • Those people make me sick. Treating that parkisons guy like that. NOt everone has hundreds of dollars of money for insurance. IT's not cheap. Its privatized and freaking expensive.

  • Nice editing !

Obamacare is just causing insurance rates to go Higher.

Bill won't tell you That, or that Obama wants to take $500 Billion from Medicare in order to force those people onto Obamacare !

  • @53dumey Are you kidding?... "Obamacare"?! Seriously? Are you people still useing that tired meme?

  • @HolyCity2012

YES we are, but what about the $400-$500 Billion to be taken from Medicare to help pay for the new HCR Bill that was passed with No republican support ?

  • @53dumey Guess what? Democrats were elected, they don't need republican support. That's how a democracy works you elect your leaders and then let them do their job. Of course you are free to believe the corporate propaganda and run around shouting 'the red shirts are coming!'

  • @NotDuncan

Sure, sit back and let the Government start another entitlement that we can't afford and then let them Force you to buy it !

Now that Republicans control the House, I hope that they kill the Mandate. I have nothing against everyone having Healthcare, just Not this way.

  • @53dumey then what way? your side seems to say no a lot but what have you got? seriously it's youtube don't mind me lol

  • @darkwarriorkane

Tort reform, buying insurance across state lines and let States control it, NOT the Federal government.

    NO MANDATE !!

  • Americans have changed a lot and I wonder when that started. Fourty years ago when you moved somewhere, your neighbours would come and say "Hi" and would offer you to come around and have a meal and another neighbour would have come and mowed your lawn as a way of welcoming you (I know because it happened to me and my parents in the 70's and we did the same to a family that moved next door after that). Now you could only dream about this stuff happening ! What's gone wrong ?

  • I love Bill!!

  • The guy is sick, and comes to show his support for universal HC, and is being labelles a commie.

Does these RW freaks have a one dimensional tunnel vision on reality?

  • Bill, run for office! If Al Franken and Arnold Schwarzenegger can, you can.

  • Bill, run for office!

  • Fcuk you fcuking americunts. While you reject your healthcare look at other countries who even BEG for rudimentary health services. That is why amerikkka is really the douchebag and the asshole of the world. Period.

  • 10 people are idiots and are bigoted incestuous motherbaggers

  • The democrats are no longer democrats, they are more like a mix of democrats and republicans.

The so called T party is so far right it is just nuts.

  • wow. To be a christian country, we sure treat poor people like shit.

  • v=4cZ8NEVlAjM

  • i dont get america what is wrong with free healthcare that wouldnt make us a communist country besides cuba which is a communist country has better healthcare than america

  • the hell they do cuba does not have a better system then americans do not at all. hell even fidal castro says his economic system does not work at all, and the doctors who work their say the health care is far from good.

  • @scienceatheism .cuba has better distribution of healthcare, everyne has it and they dont spend as much as percent of gdp.yes the quality of healthcare in america is obv on a completely higher level than cuba.

  • you live in cuba? you know this? you have talked to every single one of the people over there and asked them hey is the healthcare good over here? or just shitty but hey everyone gets to have it, whats shitty if its shared.

  • @wattzboyz "free healthcare" there is no such thing

  • @wattzboyz

    Also better free education :X

And it is a fucking little ass island ,not big enough to compare it with one fucking American state of the US, that is under embargo for 50 years.

    P O W

  • @wattzboyz It is very easy to beat USA when it comes to healthcare. I'm so glad that I live in Europe!

  • @wattzboyz No it doesn't.

  • @wattzboyz Thats fine and dandy but how are you going to pay for it? Are you willing to shell out more taxes out of your paycheck to have free health care?? Canada and other countries pay out of the ass in taxes just for govt. regulated healthcare. You are not given any better treatment from the govt. than you would if it is private. It will be worse. You have a job, most likely you have healthcare insurance from your employer which is cheaper and better quality.

  • @wattzboyz I agree there's a strong case for "free" healthcare. But it drives me nuts when people go overboard and say Cuba has better healthcare than the U.S. With 2 docs in my family who have worked extensively in Ukraine, Russia, and have friends who worked in Cuba, the "healthcare" for average people is beyond a joke. My brother's wife broke her leg in Ukraine & the hospital told my brother he'd need to run to the black market to buy IV drips & needles 4 cash as they had none. NONE. A NEEDLE

  • @wattzboyz

america is the only developed nation without free healthcare.

it seems america is MUCH more interested in making bombs to kill other people, than taking care of their own people.

take a good look at those republicans and tea-baggers, that is how Americans are viewed around the world

  • Tell me do these other developed nations have 50 states that have their own constitutions? Do they have a system like we do A constitutional Republic some would call it a democracy? And what happened to Greece? arnt they bankrupt? Isnt Europe as a whole struggling? Free healthcare but for some reason money isnt really pouring in. I wonder why what could be the reason. Im sure having free shit given to people isnt the reason at all. Nope, it must be something else.

  • @scienceatheism

its not the healthcare system's fault, its actually the big international companies and banks that are screwing everyone over.

    mostly big american oil companies,

so guess what, it wasn't healthcare that has screwed Europe, its the banks and big companies!

  • Oil Companies? and your proof is? Its easy to blame the rich because well they are an easy target seeing that they take in all that wealth while millions barely take in food on a day to day basis. So its nothing in your infrastructure or your government that could be the underlying problem, its somebody else? And what else do Europeans get for free over there besides health care? I give you banks, international banks are a huge problem but what corporation in paticular are you talking about?

  • @scienceatheism

no, i dont blame the big companies because they are rich, i blame them because they control most of the cash flow around the world, if they pay people less, and the banks charge more interest, that leave people with less and less money, so they can't buy things, so money doesnt circulate, and so, the economy grinds to a halt. and that is what happened with the financial crisis! people had no money and couldnt consume!

  • @Mikeybetts Well, not strictly speaking; most of the financial melt down came from the loaning of money they couldn't pay back. They all thought they were so damn clever, manipulating air to get more money. Then, they suddenly realised that loans cannot be paid with more loans. And now, the tax payers all over Europe and America are paying for the banker's mistakes. Once we're out of this mess, I think I'm going to advocate locking those fuckers up for a long time.

  • @scienceatheism Rich are easy target?

It is extremely easy with minimal amount of research to see how much they paid on record even to the politicians, easy target? Those protesters are easy target, corporations are fucking fortress. Cock brother even has "think tank" like heritage foundation to defend them... easy target. Yeah right. Idiot.

  • By easy target I meant that it is easy to blame them you dumb fucking idiot. Maybe you should read it again you fuck tard. Instead of attacking someone simply because you dont agree with their point of view fucking dick.

  • Well, we didn't health reform; Obama caved on it and Joe Lieberman, Landrieu and other Democrats stabbed us in the back.

Those people who screamed at the guy with Pakinson's Disease were absolutely disgusting.

  • @MaskedMarvyl the democrats were dissapointing, but the republicans are deadly.

  • @Kimmis1990, The Republicans are indeed deadly and are getting worse, trying to defund Planned Parenthood, holding unemployement insurance hostage for tax cuts for the rich, now trying to dismantle Medicare while trying to get Another huge tax cut for the richest; but it doesn't matter.

No matter how much damage they do to the poorest and to the middle class..... they will still vote for them.

Because they think it's the only way they can be rich someday. So we all continue to suffer.

  • I dont wanna be the ''Canada'' guy, but I live in Canada, where everyone has health care, and believe me, whatever taxes you pay (knowing all the shit we pay taxes for), you have no idea how incredible it is to know that whatever happens to you, you have the right to see a doctor. The biggest downside is that some people tend to go to the hospital for things they could fix by just staying home and rest, but its a very small price to pay for peace of mind

  • lol@the lady laughing and sounding like a seagull

  • This is shit. For all the shit Retardicains that put down very ill people, better not shit-

piss ask for help when you need it. The only hand-out you need is that swift kick to

  • Obamacare was signed on March 2010 with 59% of the people disapproving according to a CNN poll. The CBO scored Obamacare on six years of coverage for 10 years of taxes, which is how the CBO showed the bill to be deficit neutral . It’s unconstitutional mandating all citizens to purchase health care. Even Pelosi said, “We have to pass the bill, so you can find out what is in it.” watch?v=KoE1R-xH5To It’s also meant to take over industry watch?v=p-bY92mcOdk

  • Hmmm, Bill Maher doing something right about healthcare? that's a new one. He's making a great point though.

  • Waw, what a bounch of docuhe bags, i bet they all step over homless people and also take a giant shit on thier faces fucking ass holes

  • how fucked up are people to be verbally abusing a pakisons suffer, the only semi-amusing part is so many of these teabaggers are religous (i cant see jesus basically spitting and cursing the ill)

  • This said it all.

  • No matter what side of the fence you're on, the way those people treated the guy with Parkinson's is disgusting and inhumane.

Some prick in a shirt and tie throwing money at him is inexcusable. We are so brainwashed by the news cycle now, and we pick and choose what we WANT to believe instead of searching for facts. That leads to the hatred, distrust, and intolerance that is permeating this entire country.

  • @RyanKBoman this is why most of the world believes that America is in decline. Partisan politics, the media and opinions and passions have replaced evidence and facts.

  • @JayEey I totally agree. As I have said, hatred for your fellow man seems to be the best way to make it to the top in American politics. It's a joke
