Many people believe that it is not President Obama's fault that the economy is in the state that it is in but it is instead former President Bush's fault. Although I do believe the Bush Administration holds much of the responsibility, I also blame Congress just as much and Congress, during the later years of former President Bush's term, was controlled by Democrats, so although President Obama isn't completely guilty of our economic state, he isn't innocent either by far.
