vampires can eat but it taste like dirt to them. they have to cough it up later. in the book edward eats pizza. in the movie emmet eats a rice crispy treat. (did you know he didnt know they were rolling so he was eating. he said he was planning on NOT eating when they shot but he didnt know! LOL)

@wysteria97 he went up to the director after they shot the scene of them in the kitchen and he said "i was eating cereal in the scene i hope thats ok" she said "what kind of cereal?" he said "i dont know like froot loops?" they were finally done shooting the scene and he ate cereal. vampires dont eat human food so she freaked out. he says "april fools"

Guys and girls... let's not trip about this ... y'all in the book Edward forces himself to take a bite of pizza and eat it. So they are ABLE to eat human food ... a few bites... but in the book it says it tastes like dirt. So of course they would have to make themselves LOOK NORMAL in the cafeteria by biting a cookie or whatever!!! If you were in high school & you noticed 5 perfect people that sat by themselves everyday ... not eat a single bite of ANYTHING... you would KNOW something was up!?
