Bang Bang Shrimp Recipe

So im going to make this recipe tommorow it sounds interesting. What exactly is bang bang shrimp??? It is not served in Chinese restaurants here in Canada.

Looks fantastic. I think I would like the battered shrimp better w/ it personally. I love bang bang shrimp from bonefish. I've been looking for a good recipe & this girl is one of the very few that gets the peanut butter. Most of the people out there seem to all be trying to take credit for the same recipe which isnt' right in the first place. This is the most promising I've seen yet.
