I don't think he lost his temper at all. He was well justified to stop playing and tell people to stop being dicks while he was trying to perform, and he did so quite calmly and matter-of-factly. As a musician, nothing sucks more than pouring your creative energy into a song while your audience goes crazy instead of listening and appreciating.
