For some effin reason when u tell a style please cut off the trim that end up cutting half your hair... i dont no y they do that they seem to do it on purpose!! lol

I know the feeling...however co-washing I'm not to sure about I believe women of color me being one should go back too old school when we washed our hair once or maybe every other week. We need the oils in our hair too make it grow.

@msmoneyluv well co washing for me is basically distributing moisture... because i dont put alot of oil in my hair because i dont like it to be weighed down..so by the 4-5th day..its all dirty and weighed down..so the conditioner helps get rid of the old products and readd moisture. i like it. :)

You and I are the same. My hair is relaxed and very healthy. Natural is actually easier to break off too because its bent and takes more effort to detangle. However, I stop co-washing my hair because I thought my hair was breaking but it isn't. I just do the salon care and oil my scalp with Castor oil.

Watched pot never boils kinda thing. I've been taking different hair vitamins and they are helping, I'm on chemo for rheumatoid arthritis and mine is falling out and breaking easily so that is why I've been taking them. And it is helping.
