The plastic appearance of the characters looks yucky, and playing the same level 4 times gets boring after awhile. Good review.

It's actually 'Hyper Metal Sonic' not 'Metalix'. I understand that was the name he was given in the fleetway sonic comics, but they were a completely different series.

It is Metal Sonic, not Hyper Metal Sonic like in the OVA movie. Also, his form in Sonic Heroes was called Neo Metal Sonic by fans.

sonic heroes theme is awesome, and so is crush 40, and it definitely is the best song in the game and shouldn't be in barney the dinosaur.

Despite what anyone says, I enjoy Sonic heroes. it's one of the best Sonic games I've ever played. Some of the gameplay is cool, though Chaotix's levels were redundant (still nice to see them again.) At least, Big provided more use in the game. The Last Story was awesome, though some of Sonic lines could've been better.

I liked the Sonic Heroes theme, "What I'm Made Of," "Follow Me." The "We Can" and Team Chaotix themes were good too.

I did not Espio's voice and am glad they changed it. Espio's voice seemed too similar to Vector's voice, and it would... "break" at certain times, for lack of a better word. His new voice suits him and sounds better in my opinion.

They could have done a number of things to making this title less frustrating

M two main complaints are are they could have such as design more creative boss fights

and they should of taken the time to add more to the stages in favor of the other teams instead of just re-using the same stage throughout so it doesn't feel like your replaying Team Sonic every time with worse and worse voices.

I agree that the stages should have been different, or at least in a different order. But I liked the boss fights, although the Egg Emperor I thought was too easy with Team Rose, especially if you use their ridiculously overpowered Team Blast.

After a year of owning this game, I still haven't even beaten the third frickin special stage, so I agree that the special stages are extremely annoying.

And finally, I switched to the Japanese voices, which aren't nearly as annoying.

I wished they had taken the time to re-invent the stages for the other teams, rather than recycle them throughout.

The levels should have been a little shorter, the bosses should have had more variety, and the special stages (while I do like the nod to Sonic 2) where just a pain in the ass to go through.

... I feel like I'm the only person on the face of the planet that actually likes "We Can".
