The French deal of Daphne Class Agosta-B submarine was the best deal Pakistan ever had in its Naval Transfer of Tech terms.
The French Agreed to build the final few Submarines, completely in KSEW, Karachi Shipping Engineering Works Yard. This would've proven to be a tremendous leap in Naval and Marine technology. The Indians are getting Russian nuclear submarines after the Russian agreed to build them in India. We need to buy from French, whom already agreed to build the subs in Pakistan.
