Just as with "system restore" feature viruses will quickly learn how to disable and destroy the recovery images stored on your hard drive, so this feature will become just as useless. Also, not sure why do you have to use a command line to create a backup when even Windows XP had the GUI backup utility. This looks like more of a marketing stuff rather than a practical solution.
