urm well every person (well most people)have something they normally see in a dream, and uve got to asociate that with being in a dream, and through out the week, keep asking yourself if your in a dream, in stead of just sayin no, look at the time or if your reading something look at that and look away, and look back, if its changed ull know ure in a dream, it takes a few weeks but once uve stared almost every dream will be lucid, have fun!

I'll tape it maybe tomorrow, and my doll AnnDrogyna I got at the flea market a few weeks back. My baby. Is this YOUR baby? lol
Lucid dreaming, yes! I LOVE lucid dreaming! I used to have some violent dreams, and it was great comfort to be able to somewhat control them, what happened in them. I LOVE flying dreams!
