they are grippy on rocky mountain roads but they dont take plugs very well-----pain in the ass--I learned to hate them---unless you want to fill them with tennis balls to hold them up when they pop,dont bother getting them
my brute force 750 ripped the lugs off these xtr rear tires-----1 inch wide holes right thru the inner skin at each lug----if you have a quad with power and ride mountains ---dont buy them---ive had no problems with the front set
