i agree with this guy to a certain extent. when he said that when the economy is good, you need to pay off the debt. I completely agree with that and that is exactly what George Bush didn't do during 2004-2006 when the economy was really good. Instead he kept running up record deficits. The only thing I disagree with this guy is that government spending during recession. I believe the government does need to spend during the recession because government is the only one that can help.
Just like the government is responsible for nearly ALL of the problems a country faces, they are the ones who need to make sacrifices for the better of all of us. How? Tax Cuts. The economy will always respond positively to tax cuts because its the citizens spending with their OWN money, instead of the government spending with BORROWED money.
