  • yeah im a union carpenter can it cut 8 in studs or 10 in studs or 16gauge or 18 gauge cuz all those studs you are cutting are 20gauge i cud cut a gang of those with my snips quck nicca

  • Sorry but I can't see this saving time. If it's not broke don't fix it I say. So if I were to throw away my hand snips I would have to move this thing around wherever I need to cut? The time this thing saves cutting is list by the time to insert a metal stud period

  • @hardcorepaisahater the answer its NO Heavy gauge will damage the blade and its not cover by warranty ......i recommended to all worker who cut regular stud to use a single pair of whist(hand cutter) eaier to travel and for the same price of this Studcutter you can buy like 100......conclusion this studcutter was totally unless
