@Country98Boy its just called ninja mask, umm dont know specifically how you would unlock it, but just try doing tower of souls or story/arcade modes, and you should start unlocking a bunch of new equipment.

I used monks garb, its a full body cloak, but you cant really put any clothing equipment under it.

The third tab on the character create menu, its the first thing, physique and muscles stuff, then you just move the pointer to where you would like his physique to be. Its in a grid looking thing.
