If you could ride on a wave of light etc... I sometimes imagine that this kind of imagery is what glass was talking about with the title "Einstein on the Beach" which makes up part of the glass smashee.
"how many stars in the sky..." according to this, there ain't no pattern, while his music is all about pattern. But it's about changing patterns, then...
