@stepup2ba minimuim 1.5 and maximium 1.9 gb u have ddr2 or ddr3 ram tell me ubout your full computer specificafion because gta 4 consumed more than 2 gb of memory when it run on windows 7
@stepup2ba u need a gta 4 patch to solve this problem u can download gta 4 patch 1.0 from game copy world and than install into your computer and crack the game with this patch and when u crack properly your game run properly u have all video quality in gta 4 if not work reply me
@LClough97 With this processor and 9500gt u can playgames even on better resolution this game little bit lag because of fraps recording upto 8 to 13 frams are consumed during recording if u go with this specs that work fine i have 9500gt gddr2 memory which is slower than gddr3 if u go with gddr3 memory u can even play games more smoother than me thanks

Intel dual core e5800 3.2 GHZ
Nvidia Geforce GTS 450 WITH 1GB GDDR5
i had a 2gb ddr3 memory card and now i have 4 gb ddr3 memory
and Windows 7 ULTIMATE
but when i get nearby cars it lags i dont know why..do you ?
