The supplies come in kits from a web site called Build Your Own Clone. The only thing that didn't come in the kit is the ultraviolet L.E.D. The kit comes with a red one, but i put the U.V. one in that I got at Radio Shack. They have all sorts of kits , and their components are of a very high quality.

you've got some major noise issues going on here. But ignoring that, the pedal sounds pretty good.
