  • How old was Roger here in this movie?

  • You I have to say this was a funny ass movie...even with out Peter Sellers, I enjoyed it.

  • After watching this, I can't understand why Roger Moore didn't do more comedies.

  • WHAT...THE FUCK... IS THIS SHIT???

  • @ronaldtaylorhicks I have no idea. I think it's supposed to be amusing.

  • @ronaldtaylorhicks This was made after Peter Sellers died

  • James bond has a rare off da.

  • Blake Edwards said that no one could play Clouseau other than Peter Sellers. After watching this and Steve Martin's Pink Panthers I totally agree with him.

  • @matthwe3468 I agree. Moore does not have enough facial expression. His eyes are too squinty for this role. Sellers was a genious. Martin is a joke but not a funny one.

  • closeau186, it certainly was a missed opportunity. Did "Curse" come out after "A View To A Kill?" If so, this would have been another great screen icon Moore should have replaced. Moore was funny in the Cannonball Run. He should have made more comedies besides Boat Trip and Bullseye. Can't we start a movement or something to have him and Connery come out of retirement and do a really good Comedy? I seem to recall a statement by Sean Connery that he loved Blake Edwards' kind of humor.

  • @intrepidlikes I totally agree. Moore as proven in this scene would have been the perfect Clouseau replacement. A View to a Kill came out in 1985 a few years after Curse. I wouldn't be surprised if Sean Connery liked Blake Edwards humor.

  • My God, Roger Moore imitates Peter Sellers PERFECTLY!!!

  • @dapontemozart1989 I agree completely and admire your taste. Perfection.

  • he does at that.

  • @dapontemozart1989 NO HE DOES NOT!

  • Oh this would have been great.. Where's the follow-up? Did Roger do another? Would have been great to see him putting on those ridiculous disguises and having a training bout with Kato. Wish the slapstick routines here were original though. Come to think of it, Roger Moore and Sean Connery should make a comedy film together these days now that their respective James Bond personas have been muted in the public eye. The addition of Michael Caine wouldn't hurt either. :)

  • @intrepidlikes I totally agree Roger Moore is great as Clouseau but wish his yellow manservant CAto was around. Genius and Brilliant.

  • Roger Moore is such a boss, and a Bond ;)

  • either way you slice it. Moore is doing funny well. What a hottie.

  • where's his mustache

  • Roger Moore stated in an interview at the time of this movie, that he had to over-act like Chief Inspector Clouseau. So that the viewers will see more of Peter Sellers' Clouseau in him. Else they didn't knew that this had to be Petere Sellers' Clouseau after his Plastic Surgery.

  • @DynanProducties That is exactly true what you brilliantly stated when Moore plays the bumbling Clouseau. What do you think of his performance?

  • @clouseau186 I find it very amusing. A great actor is playing a character that was played by another great actor. So Roger Moore just didn't play Clouseau, but also Peter Sellers. Hard to do in my opinion, but he did it. And good too.

  • This is horrible!

  • *Chief* Inspector.

  • Wow, Roger Moore "acting"

  • Roger repeats here his perfomance as "MOONRAKER".

  • Roger Moore was terrible in this. Terrible.

  • Ha, Ha!...Surgically altered.

  • No dreyfuss scenes?

  • Roger was a very good friend of the late great Peter Sellers and whilst making his sixth Bond film 'Octopussy' in 1982 at Pinewood Blake Edwards offered him this cameo - and very funny it is - 007 as Clouseau!

  • @TRUMPER007 I totally agree that it is very funny. But of course you have impeccable taste.

  • cringe worthy

  • @koopa64z Where's your sense of humour?

  • @TRUMPER007 There first has to be humour for him to sense it...

  • roger moore should do comedy often. he has the gift.

  • @predlycon He's too old now, though. In his younger years he'd have excellent, but he should be someone like Ronnie Corbett now - he has the natural gift, you're right.
