Because that is most definitely a woman voice.

But that is also clearly a male body.

@Fynnegann It's not uncommon, it doesnt really matter what gender the VA is as long as their voice fits the part. Like in Pokemon, Pikachu is a boy but is voiced by a girl, there were also times when a girl's VA is a man. I cant think of one right now even though its on the tip of my tongue.

The character in green is clearly male, why does he speak like that? Why does his blue friend have a vaguely flamboyant tone to his voice? Why are they both wearing such tight, brightly-coloured, and in the case of the green one such revealing clothes? Oh..
