it is a punishment to get attacked by a bunch of snakes that can POISON you but Ness got poisoned in about half of the battles against the snakes and now he has all these moles that cant count and all say they are number 3. Ness must have been so annoyed about all those enemies.
Seeing how I am a Battle Maniac(and PROUD of it!), I failed to see your point...And yeah, stat effects are annoying.(NOT as annoying as having your web browser close out WITHOUT WARNING EVERY SO OFTEN!!!!ARGH!!!)

oh how i love this game! but wat do i love about it most?
the extremly memorable music?
Its amazing plot?
or the fact that it is the LONGEST GAME EVER!!!!
oh ya, they should NOT remake this into 3D, i think that it would ruin the memorable times!!!
